Do NOT sign up to this service unless you want to be held over a barrel! We received a fake review of our service on their platform. We were then asked to pay X amount for their service. We said no and asked them to take down their review. Our review was then turned into an extremely negative one because we did not sign up for their service. Naturally very disgruntled. I can't believe sites like this still exist.

The website is nicely organized and easy to navigate. They have a ton of rankings for different kinds of software and explain why certain software are ranked above others. Anyone can register and leave reviews on software and can make their voice heard. The reviews they have on the website are quite helpful and feel genuine, though it would be nice if there were more reviews on there, especially for some of the less known software.

I have recently purchased a software after checking out the reviews from this site and it is working absolutely fine. The reviews shown in this site are very authentic and it really helped me to find the best sales force automation software for my business.

As others have pointed out below, there are a ton of fake reviews on this site. One user has reviewed every vendor in one category, which is clearly not legitimate. Crowdreviews claim to know nothing about it, but magically, a few days later the reviews are deleted, only to appear a week later under a different name. They send hundreds of tweets every day trying to engage companies, but smells of desperation to me.

It's great seeing a review website that tries to combat what other review sites seem to do. They are open and honest about how they do things and that leaves out the guess work. You can clearly see what makes each company good or bad and anyone can leave a review.

Very dodgy site, they added fake reviews of our service, offered to 'verify' our business for a fee each month and rank us higher up the list. Finally they refused to remove our profile, claiming that companies have the right to know about companies around them. Well, if thats the case, people also deserve to know that this company is incredibly shady. If you google the company owner "Jeev Trika Scam" you will find everything you need to know about this guy and how he operates.

In two cases I have left a negative review on a company that wasn't wanting to try to make things right and after they received the review, they were suddenly interested in trying to resolve the issue I had with them. Great for people who aren't satisfied with a service or software and want to let others know.

Pretty interesting website that got me exactly what I was looking for. There are a number of review websites and online blogs that seem to have some sort of connection to the product they are claiming to be the best. When I came across CrowdReviews.com it was a pretty interesting experience. I was able to view reviews on different time management software and noticed that people were leaving their real name and accolades on their reviews. This let me actually reach out to a couple. They gave me some advice on how to use the software they reviewed and I am definitely getting the most out of it. I would say this site is legitimate; they use LinkedIn accounts to prove the legitimacy of reviewers out there.

There are very few cases where I have resorted to a negative review to get an issue resolved, but when the company is not willing to listen to reason, you're kinda forced to take that route to get your money back. I left a negative review on a number of different "review" websites out there on the CRM software I have been using.

While part of this falls on me, I had been triple charged for four months in a row. When you're in a hurry you don't notice these things. I contacted their support and they said there was no error. It took me two days of support to realize I was going to need to go through a different avenue, so I left a negative review on a few different websites. My review disappeared on some of them and never appeared on others, but since I linked my LinkedIn profile to my review on crowdreviews.com, it stuck.

The vendor ended up getting a hold of me to resolve the issue and figured out that I was indeed being triple-charged. They refunded me the amount and saved me the hassle of having to do a chargeback to get my money back. I am also not being forced to find a new software since I am sure the software publisher would've cancelled my account if I would've charged back the extra charges.

I came across crowdreviews.com rather recently when searching around for a credit card processor. Since I have started doing my own consulting on the side, I have been looking for a great way to reduce my costs. Accepting my payments through PayPal is bleeding me dry as I try to keep my price low; otherwise potential clients will just end up going elsewhere. Looking at the recommended credit card processors got me in contact with a couple of companies that were offering rather interesting rates. I did end up going with one of them and the experience has been rather solid.

Cross reference the names of the reviews to LinkedIn and see what comes up. All reviews have so many reviews under their profiles which is a red flag as to how fake this site is. Some of the reviewers make reviews on a product and then have basically the same review on competitors product.

Lastly, the images use to link to the LinkedIn profiles but I guess since the profiles on LinkedIn are fake too they took away the the link and if your able to find the LinkedIn profile you will see that the job title don't even match what the software or platform does.
