Cuemath

We are trying to cancel and get the refund.its been headache from last 10 days with no proper response and the number provided is not reachable. The person whom we are working despite asking multiple times to call us is not answering nor replying to the email. When it comes to enrolling for a class, cuemath will call N number of times within a day but when cancelling its out of the scope for them. Terrible service.

Re-check the prices, when you are increasing. None of the industry is increasing pay/salaries, like you guys are increasing plan costs. Give the options to customers, who are in the older plans. Indirectly, you guys are forcing customers to move to new plans (added new features. + plans) and pay the amount.

I am current doing Cuemath and it is okay. From 3-4th grade it was very fun and helpful. Since my mom has become close friends with my tutor, who is fabulous at teaching, she helps me extra. Now I am in 7th and I have butt loads of homework. On top of this I have fricking kumon, which I 100% do not recommend, and Cuemath hw. I did slowly lose interest but since I have 4 months left its fine. It was very crucial in 5-7th because I am ahead and its easier for me to learn the new subject since I have already learned them. One huge backlash is the price and their annoyance. Since im the student I dont know the price but it is expensive for online learning and not In-Person learning. Lastly, the call you constantly to renew and annoy my parents. Since after 8th I wont have the same teacher because she cant teach those standards (she is assigned to do 8th and below) I will be quiting. I do highly recommend it for your child but if the teacher is unhelpful it will be bad.

Before my child was enrolled in cuemath, he did not know how to do simple things like long division, but now after having taken cuemath lessons for close to two years, he is very confident with math and is up to grade level. In addition, there are amazing teachers in cuemath that helped him get stronger in math.

Cuemath is doing big Fraud after taking full fees for offline classes of my daughter they are refusing ton provide books.There sales person confirmed that thay will now they are saying give us the proof. Totally fraud is going on

My mom enrolled me into cuemath but i dont like it cuz its to hard but im the smartest person in my class cuz im the only one doing cuemath, so dont be mean (even though i dont like cuemath)

I had written lot of mails and tried contacting your customer care number which goes not reachable.
There is no revert from the team at all.
I have paid for 18 months and now the time availability doesnt match with the tutor. Cuemath team doesnt revert on the refund part neither do they acknowledge the mails sent. The customer care number shows invalid number

People of cuemath don't have ethics. They commit something and later they change their words and suffer parents like anything.I am the victim of that.I strongly recommend not to fall on their traps and suffer later like me.

Need lot of improvement required by the team. Work hard on your marketing and sells team rather asking double the money

Teacher doesn't even know how to handle a kid or to convince the kids douts very unprofessional behaviour especially teacher like sowmya pavan

Nishant sir always give his best performance. He is very kind and encouraging to kids. My son enjoy math learning with him.

I was new to online tutors but right after the first session Isabel began feeling more confident with her math!
She is now even participating a lot in math class, which is what I wanted, that she likes math and have fun! Teacher Kavita is clearly an expert teaching Elementary school students and I am extremely happy we found her and this program!

This thing is messed up. First the teachers are extremely rude. Second they will not cancel the remaining classes. Third there are frequent mishaps in their so called 'system' + they then blame it on the students that their is some problem from their end when really, its their terrible website's problem. I have probably a lot more points but for now just take care. Dont attend this nonsense website class. The entire thing is a waste of money.

Excellent visual examples that made learning so much more comprehensible for me, as a student. I love and appreciate how this site explains everything in precise detail as well as provides markedly helpful examples to further their explanations. Thank you Cuemath for everything.

Cuemath lets you only skip 3 questions, and I think that's not efficient at all. My children struggle to work on a problem that's way too difficult for them. I think this needs to be fixed fast. Cuemath is way too hard on my children, sorry to say.

I came across cuemath from one of my friend. I was searching for a good maths program. She adviced me to enroll my child in cuemath. My child has been a cuemath student since last 2 years now. His logical thinking ability is drastically improved. Now he is very much clear with the concept and he is 1 year ahead of school curriculum. Thanks to cuemath for such a well designed program.

Cuemath provides great education to the students. We got Lata Lalwani as our teacher for my kid, She is really great and my kids love this teacher, they enjoy the tuition with her. She is knowledgeable and she is teaching good.

Looks like reaching cuemath admin people for any kind of help is difficult after class starts. They wont respond on emails and we needed to do lot of follow ups for clarifications. This part I am little not happy with them.

They were irregular, no contact for a supervisor. They had bad internet connection. Worst teaching service ever. And they sold my number to 100s of companies. Now I get spam calls everyday. F$$$ piece of $#*! company with no proper system.

I canceled classes after 1.5 years of Cuemath to get my child more F2F sessions locally. Refund was promised for the classes not taken but has not come through. I last submitted refund details per their ask on Feb 28 and have followed up over emails several times. Every time, a case gets raised and a ticket number provided and within a week its closed out. The person that was in touch with me no longer responds. I hope this is not a scam.

Login process took over 30 mins. Not at all user friendly. Username came on WhatsApp in bold black and some numbers in blue. Not telling you needed to input both. The they could not hear us. Was to get 1 hour free only got less than 30 mins. Lag on the line from India.
He had to ring mobile phone via WhatsApp and also logged on to laptop. My daughter said class was OK only OK. If you had to pay for that you would have got zero value for money. Overall very poor.

I never got my id password and was unable to take even a demo class. Service is so pathetic.
Total waste of time. And on top of that this idiot Manikandan K replying after 10days telling that they are unable to reach me. I am receiving call around the globe. Such a pathetic excuse. Cuemaths NOT recommended at all. Please go for alternatives.

We had a terrible experience with cuemath. The teacher was impatient, rude, condescending and insulting to our daughter. I was observing in the back and her hasty and arrogant attitude left my daughter feeling deflated and frustrated after each class. When I tried to switch teachers, the staff was pressuring me to give the teacher another chance. Knowing that we had complained, the teacher was resentful and continued to bully our 11 year old. When I got fed up and asked for a refund of the remaining two classes, they waited for the period to expire and stated that they cannot refund an expired account. They made no efforts to resolve the problem; just hungry for petty money. The teacher as well had a teribly heavy accent and was often difficult to understansd and had delayed internet connection. I would not recommend this company at all. Really poor experience and waste of time.
