Everyone is complaining about problems checking out. There is a notice stating on line ordering is suspended. As far as returns, all retail establishments have no return policies because of COVID19. Chill out people. I just went into local retail store and although their inventory is limited they had a lot of good stuff there. Be patient

Aside from the $9.95 shipping on these very light weight curtains, I could not check out on line. I bought these curtains at Big Lots where they were sold as a pair for $15. I was willing to pay $12.95 for one panel because I am short 2 panels and I love these curtains. Adding $9.95 for shipping did not sit well with me but I really wanted them! So I finally get my cart set up and NO CHECK OUT OPTION! I take that as a sign not to ever do business with this company when added to the other issues I mentioned.
How do I get free shipping on my $98 order? Love the look. Trying to save myself $15. I plan on saving this site for future orders.
I've found curtain valances that I'd like to order but from reading the reviews I'm going to pass ordering them from this company. Besides that it's a very unfriendly website that won't give you free shipping when I've tried putting in the discount code and it's impossible to even checkout! Do they have a checkout button? Frustrating!

2 weeks ago I called to see if you had handicapped carts to use, the woman who answered told me you had one and it was fully charged. I got there 10 minutes later and my husband helped me to the cart as I cannot walk due to broken hips. I sat on the cart and tried to move, but it was completely dead, unplugged and just sitting by the door. The cashiers saw me struggling with the cart but as soon as I made eye contact, the cashiers looked away, they couldn't be bothered helping me. I saw a wheel chair and was happy to use it but the foot pedal was broken, rendering it useless. I was so humiliated, being stared at by employees and customers, yet not one employee asked if I needed help. I had planned on a nice day of shopping but the useless equipment made it impossible. Maybe your employees should take sensitivity classes? They were so rude to me, I couldn't get around to shop so I had to leave empty handed and humiliated. I guess Ann and Hope could care less about handicapped shoppers, but my money is green just like the others is. I was so upset about the way I was ignored by employees, I had to leave the store as I couldn't shop with a non charged cart or broken wheel chair. I went home and at 57 years old, actually cried because of that lousy experience. Do you treat all handicapped people that way? Or was it just me? I felt like a stray dog being shooed away. I cannot believe how I was IGNORED by the employees, it made me feel less than, like I didn't matter. I'm still very upset about it. This is the second time I've posted this letter, it keeps getting erased, is that how you deal with customers? By ignoring them?

I usually love this store but I recently purchased 13 cut to size window shades. They were $20.00 each. I told the attendant how I measured. He said that was correct. I gave him my measurements window by window. So far the first 3 shades are not wide enough. After pulling the end out a little as it allows for a slight width adjustment, I still had to add blocks under the brackets. DO NOT BUY SHADES FROM HERE once cut they are not returnable. I am dreading hanging the other 10, I fear they were all cut wrong, how can I assume otherwise? Now I am stuck with them. Too much was obviously deducted from my measurements for the brackets than should have been. Beyond disappointed.

The color was not what was shown on the website. I ordered blue. And on the website it looks like bluish gray. When they came in they were bluish green and beige. Totally different color. Very dissatisfied!

I was a fan of Ann & Hope in Danvers, MA from 197's; I'd take my mother there. Was elated when I found the outlet store on Rt. 1. I moved to Iowa in 2015 and am still ordering from them! I am so happy that they have online shopping. Needed to contact Customer Service recently and the issue was handled expeditiously. Please continue doing what you do best for a long time! Thank you.
So I purchase two 15" valance curtains with a 20 coupon. After hanging I noticed one was about a inch short then the other. I measure and it was 14 inches, not the 15 on the package. I went back to the store in Weymouth to exchange and decided to measure before leaving the store where I found all of them to be off. I decide to go back home take down the true 15 inch and settle for the 14 inch even though the package says 15, the women said I had to return them and purchase them again, even though they were the same. After doing so she wanted to charge me full price because I didn't have a coupon. I will never shop there again.

Web site sucks but it's gonna truly be a loss to see Ann & hope go it's been a community store here in cumberland I remember waiting on the carriages to come up and go down the escalator this was one of my grandma's favorite places to shop before she passed I got my first named brand sneakers there when I was a kid and most my cassette tapes and my school clothes and know I go here know and then for odd things truly a loss for the community would have been a great place for high schooler kids to work there if they would higher them!
Maybe you should've called it outlet with Ann and Hope. Sad people Lost there service pay I've had friends that work there for years. One friend that I know, but I would've worked there if I didn't move away. I spent my profit sharing I still have merchandise with tags on them.
I feel very sorry for all the people who have had a bad experience at Ann and Hope. I have been shopping at Ann and Hope in millis for more than 15 years. I have always had great deals. I ordered the Mona Lisa curtains in sand color, I needed two more panels but the discontinued / quit that color for whatever reason? It took a couple of months but curtains and bath found me the two panels needed from the distributor, but I couldn't complete my curtains with the sand color Valance. The sand color are very pretty, they're only selling white & ivory now.
I went outside the box with these curtains and I am so glad I did they go great with my blue walls they are beautiful, they are really well made curtains thanks

I purchased some curtain rods. When I received them they were the wrong size. Customer service immediately responded to my email & sent me out a new set.
