Ordered a Mother's Day gift three weeks before Mother's Day. Came out of "production" one week before. The package is still sitting at the post office somewhere in California for five days and paid for expedited shipping. Needless to say will not arrive for Mother's Day. Customer service doesn't care Thieves

I don't like posting negative reviews but I am so upset. I ordered some things for my mom and it didn't come in time. When it arrived, it was shipped in an envelope so it was broken, so cheaply made (I could have done it myself), it wasn't even put together all the way! Like, that's why I paid for it, to come completed, on time and not look like poorly made. I also didn't receive the second item I had purchased, and had paid for expedited shipping. Took 2 1/2 months for it to arrive. Do NOT buy from them, save your money and look elsewhere.

Ordered item from website. Had to contact paypal for tracking information as item was delivered very late. Once item was received, frame was broken as it was extremely poor quality, not glass frame but cheap plastic material, lights were unglued and not working, background picture printed on cheap paper/poor quality/ item did not arrive as advertised in addition to it being broken. Asked for a refund and provided pictures of received broken item, they requested I pay for shipping international return costs with tracking information which was additional money I was going to be out. As per their website, no money back guarantee and no satisfaction guarantee. False advertisement. Do not purchase, buyer be aware! I have contacted my credit card for fraud as paypal did not protect me as a customer. Their website only has positive reviews because they have to be approved by their website.

Beware! Inaccurate website description. Ordered a customized family tree picture with "engraved" hearts on linen paper with a lighted frame. Picture came all printed on the cheapest paper possible, frame was made with very thin cheap plastic and came cracked. One of "engraved hearts" was missing - didn't included my dads name on the family tree. When I contacted them because the website states money back guarantee, they offered me 20% of my money back and asked me if I could "fix the frame myself'. I kept insisting on a refund and they just kept offering ridiculous solutions. For example 30% of my money back and a 30% off coupon for another purchase. I ordered my item in mid December for a Christmas gift and paid the expedited shipping expense and received the broken, incorrect item on January 25. After presenting the pictures and details of the incorrect order and broken frame they insisted that to get my money back I had to ship the broken item back to them in China and they would then return my money. I paid $28 to ship it back to them and after months of waiting and contacting them I finally got my money back but I had to pay the shipping and they refused to pay for that. So basically I paid $114.00 for a broken, incorrect, cheap dollar store picture to give as a gift. I bought it in December and then paid another $28 to ship back the broken picture. There is no phone number to call with complaints only email. It takes days to get a response via email. I have been fighting with them over this for 6 months. I ended up getting my money back this week, May 2022, but I am out the $28 shipping expense. Please beware of this company. Terrible products and terrible customer service.

I ordered a cute heart frame for Mother's day. I wannted to make sure it came so i ordered 25$ in shipping. The 25$ was for 3 day shipping… it has now been a week and a half. I also cant contact them to try and get my money back
