Custom Software Lab

David lason and custom software lab has been my worst business experience in 15 years. I hired them on 2/7/12 to develop a new website and software program for my business. $29,000 and 7 months later I still have nothing. We were shown very little functions that most of the time never worked and were constantly pushed to approve development milestones with the understand that we can make changes, big mistake on my part. Now all the extra fees are being pushed on me. I was sent numerous emails that the website was finished and the majority of the programming was completed but they needed more money. After review half the functions are not working or not even done yet. According to them, the website was ready to go live but there was no pictures or content. Then there response is we need more money to continue, I have already paid 29k out of a 31k project. I would expect to see something that works or I can use. After going back and forth david decided to pull all my links to my website and program. What a piece of work. Now it is principle and I will spend what ever it takes to get my money back. Legal action will be starting. I hope this helps anyone else looking at using custom software lab.

I have worked with Custom Software Lab for the past 6 months and have nothing but thank you to say to all the staff. They are prompt, efficient and have designed and deployed a wonderful iphone app that is used by my customers everyday. Their pricing was reasonable and marketing value. Their skill and precision was amazing, and they came in on budget and completed the project faster than anticipated. It was a pleasure working with all of them and we are already planning a release 2.0 version with the team. Thank you.

This is a joke of a website. They call themselves Custom Software Lab, but they use WordPress! What is this a joke? The testimonials are a direct copy from their competitors website. For example, take "Austin Herrera - Vendor Logistics DirectorTrigon Technology Group, LLC" and put it into google and see what you find. Copy word for word (minus 3). Also, do you really want to work with someone who cannot spell or use proper grammar?
