Good so far, I like the fact that Damensein sell different and unusual products. I would like to say, my second order arriving before my first order? My first order took a very long time... the postage is expensive and I ordered two pairs socks one fit fine the others are very big! Both stated one-size! So bit hit and miss there with sock sizing. Ordering is easy if you have the patience to wait for the order :)
Do not give this company your money. They sent me a top that was completely different visually from the one on the website. The second item I was returning had a 100'/, cotton label on it but was stretch and clearly synthetic. After giving me lengthy instructions to follow to get a refund, they closed the appeals process as though I hadn't replied.
I chose to invest in Crypto because I think investing is an important strategy in building my long-term wealth and financial security.

It came up on Pinterest and in the picture it looked very nice. It was very cheap so I thought I will have a look.
I did think that for that price it can be poor Quality.

Was good, spent a long time browsing and could have bought the lot if finances allowed! Sadly when the 4 tops I ordered arrived they looked a far inferior quality to how thry looked online and I will be returning 3 of them for a refund. Not sure I will buy again. J
I needed to refund 3 out of 4 tops purchased as did not look good on me. But every time I tried to get a returns label, the system said my 'email dos not match' though I tried both my emails. So I contacted Customer Services and got an automated reply telling me to get a Returns Label - well yes, that is the problem I am asking them for help with! I am going round in circles.

I guess Brexit and Covid are doing it but it was still a downer - I felt that postage should be waived or reduced, £11 is a lot to pay if customers have to wait more than 10 days for clothes, as seasons change fast. Thanks.

I chose Damensein because I like the items displayed and they look authentic, but now I realize they're not and I'm returning the item I purchased. I'm really disappointed because I was looking forward to receiving my first order, but the quality of the item doesn't match the image displayed on the website, in any way shape or form. The item on the website looks woollen, warm and cozy, but the item I received isn't, its made from T-shirt material. Such a shame, very disappointed.
I chose this product because its exactly what I was looking for, so to receive a poor quality product thats nothing like the item I chose and purchased is very disappointing.

I would never buy anything from them again. Totally different clothes to the ones advertised. Had to give to charity, because they were so inferior quality.
I choose them because I thought the items advertised were fantastic and so cheap. I found out why they were so cheap. Fake fake.
