Went to D & B's before a show yesterday. Food was delicious.and the dessert…mmmmm. Service was excellent. Nick was our server. He was friendly and helpful and fun. Would recommend!

Service was poor. Server had to be asked multiple times for a Diet Coke my son wanted. Also Server was hard to understand. I found out why the drink prices aren't posted on the menu. 15.25 for a 6oz Chardonnay! Total bill was $230.00 for 7 people and 6 drinks. PS never got a sweet tea that was ordered. Overpriced! Will not be back.

I wish they could take a customer service class before working at Family - Friendly Stablishment
Danny Huerta is the worst manager that they have employees at the Lawrenceville location. Please be careful with that $#*!. He will call the cops on you, and dont even care that you just trying to spend quality time with kids. What goes around comes back around Danny. ( Karma)

I thought it would be fun to do my husband's surprise 40th bday somewhere fun. I started planning over a month in advance. I had 3 sales people that emailed me through the process. One gave me a quote. One had me sign a contract. The last said she was my liaison.
I made all my plans with them but I called the restaurant directly on Friday before the event just to triple check that everything was set as far as the balloon delivery, hostess station, my daughters coming early to set up, ect. I believe I spoke with Alexis who assured me that everything was a go and we would have the boardroom on Saturday. We went over the fact that my 17 year old daughter would be there early to set up and that the staff knew this was a surprise party.

My daughter and her friends get there at the same time as my in-laws and start setting up. The manager came in (again, I believe this was the same Alexis I had spoken with), asked who was in charge. My daughter told her that she was there to set up. Alexis proceeds to go over the contract agreement with her including the total price and balance due while standing in front of these other people. My daughter reminded her that I would be coming with the guest of honor and would take care of the agreed balance.

The guests start to arrive and several of them remind the hostess counter that this is a surprise party and that maybe yelling out "the birthday group" wasn't the greatest idea. My daughter then goes out to the hostess counter once I tell her we are pulling in, and reminds them that her dad and I would be coming in asking for the Dell reservation and that it was his surprise party.
We get up to the counter, I give her the name and the girl goes, "Oh, you here for the birthday party?" I play dumb, give her a look and say, "No- dinner reservation". She replies back, "We don't do reservations- you must be here for the party."
We get into the room and my husband pretends... whatever.

I hadn't realized that we were limited to just 2 soda selections for the night. There was initially no coffee, then we had one pot. I was told that if anyone wanted tea, to find our waitress. There wasn't enough brisket for half the guests (everyone had only taken one or two slices). There was nothing to cut the cake with or put it on ( I eventually just asked for to-go containers) and we used a butter knife.

But to top off everything, the facility was in no way enforcing or even encouraging the mask mandate. Nor were they practicing any sanitary procedures. Hand sanitizer was nowhere to be seen. I never once saw anyone wiping down equipment, and even the bathrooms were a mess. I had several guests leave directly after eating for just this reason without even playing a single game. They were very uncomfortable with that many people and no precautions.

The lack of professionalism, safety and quality of service was a serious disappointment.

So I ask what the minimum amount of tokens can be purchased.I was told $20 so I handed her $20 she said it was $27.50 card fee,activation fee & tax.the food also sux.raw burger.over priced slow service.don't waste your time,money or gas to visit this establishment.pay $2 for 50 cent arcade game.

First time here I had an awesome time Jimmy by the bar was amazing recommended very great drinks and then Frank by the tickets was also very helpful he helped me pick out a prize worth my tickets I'd recommend going here they're so helpful & kind!

Unprofessional had to go find my service just to have food and drinks then the service I did receive was unprofessional, very rude. No one came to check back with us. Had to keep walking to the bar just to get service. For me to be a small busines Owner and also live in the community this establishment is unacceptable tonight and if there's any changes with the problems I had hopeful also the pool games is 12 bucks rip off

Most of games I played were rigged because all the games life win your own ticket game scammed me the claw games keep releasing the tickets the monopoly game ever time I roll the dice it always lands on the smallest number. At this point, Dave & Buster's has gamboling standards in how much luck is needed in these games.I wasted 20$ cause I tried to get tickets and I got guess what I got 0 tickets

Some restaurant employees urgently need training on how to treat customers $$$.! May 28 3:00 pm, the employee Didi, was exaggeratedly HOSTILE. Take immediate action so they don't start closing stores and think it's because of the economy.

We planned a nice day of Games and celebrating my daughters 7th bday party! The manager was rude to me the second I was in his presence. I reserved 2 tables a week in advance and when we got their At set time I was told by this one rude and unprofessional manager there was 6 people ahead of me. 2 hrs later I finally walked back to check on the tables for the 5th or 6th time while the younger kids played and the tables were finally ready. So we got a few cups from one of the staff members and started the quick celebration, we were almost ready to sing the traditional happy birthday song and over comes the manager and his mall cop to and in his ugly deep voice says "who's in Charge here" confusing every one. He pulled my daughters father over to the side and tells him we need to hurry up and leave bc we weren't ordering their food. Which they were already told ahead of time. Just a quick song and lil cake and we were back to playing games. The other staff member seemed to be ok with us being their and even letting me kno I could bring in drinks and cake but the rude and racist (in my opinion) manager said we had to leave our already speedy party. We were not going to take up space and even we're going to help clean up anything from our event. His action confused my daughter and the other kids, not to mention it holding up are 30 minute party. He must not have any kids or hates his job and life one

Went to Dave & Busters as we get there the tables were dirty, asked the waitress to clean it and she wiped it down with a towel but the table had a dirty film so my wife took the towel and scrubbed it herself then the table got clean, when the waitress brought our drink my glass cup was broken on the top where you drink from so I had to ask her to bring me another so the manager comes to our table and asks how we were and after telling him our situation he gave a poor excuse that he changed the chemicals for cleaning which was not the case because my wife scrubbed the table and got clean so our experience overall was very unsatisfactory had to keep calling in the waitress for drinks after we paid i did not give a tip for the poor service as we're leaving and walking to our car the same manager follows us outside asking about the tip, sorry not sorry but I'm not tipping for that kind of service, and never returning to the restaurant.

My family and I go monthly to Dave and busters. We love it there. This last time was terrible in the restaurant area. Sodas were completely flat, waitress didn't take orders correctly and brought out a cheeseburger instead of a pizza. Other waiters kept bringing us other people's food. Just seemed very unorganized. Our waitress seemed to ignore our table as we needed napkins, and silverware. It was hard to get her attention. I understand they may have been short staffed but they were standing around talking to each other and looking around. We may not go back to eat to be honest. We also had to wait 42 minutes for a kids pizza to come out as my husband and I ate while my child was hungry since she took the wrong order. Never even apologized for the mistake.

Bad service and 5 star for being rude and racist to customers

Pre info: reserved tables for party of 15 today at Dave&busters Bellevue for the Celtics-Warriors game.

What happened: I arrived on time and the table was not ready. While the game already started, we chose to wait patiently. The host came back to me and said she doesn't know when the table will be ready, without giving any further explanations or solutions. (And… Excuse me? I'm sorry that you may had a difficult day, but you can't just tell customers you don't know when the RESERVED table will be ready, okay? You are the host, and that is your JOB.) Her name is Niemeh. Despite we asked the following up questions politely, this impatient lady asked us to BACK OFF.( Who does that to customers?)

She used the exact word "COVID" on us. I cannot believe she is so racist. I said if you are worried about COVID you should probably wear a mask. And guess what, she then use the F word to ask us to get out of her face. She is very rude, ridiculous, unprofessional, and racist. I asked her to call her manager so she did. The manager came and told us after he had learnt what happened and he believed it was our fault and asked us to leave. I told the manager the truth but he only wanted to stand with his stuff. ( Absolutely no perspectives taking from customers' point) Given the fact that every single person over there heard what she said about COVID and the F word. He still refused to admit anything Niemeh relate to COVID.

Conclusion: If you would like to ruin your party experience, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Recommendation: If your staff is racist and use F word to a customer, there is a serious problem inside your organization. Very disappointed. NEVER BE BACK. Niemeh, learn customer service then go to work.

To Whom it May Concern,
This past weekend, I took my first visit to Dave and Buster's. Although I had heard of your restaurant and many of my friends have been there before, I was not too sure what to expect. I can truly say it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be coming back. When I walked in I was immediately greeted with a smile by the hostess and was escorted to a table. We then ordered several different appetizers such as chicken tenders, fries, pizza, and macaroni and cheese. The waitress brought them out quickly and they all tasted hot and delicious. I then went to the crowded bar and ordered a few drinks. Even though the bar was quite busy, the bartender moved along efficiently and did a great job handling the crowd. He was calm and friendly and the drinks he prepared were cold, smooth, and tasted great!
We then moved over to the arcade games and I immediately felt my inner child come alive. Any game I could have possibly thought of was there. From skee-ball, to racing games, to basketball, all the games were truly a blast. There was barely any wait at all to play the games which made things even better! I can honestly say the only bad part of my night was having to go home. It was an overall terrific night out. The service was outstanding. From the hostess, to the waitress, to the bartender, and the games the service was outstanding.

I took my daughters and little cousins for my daughters birthday, it was the worst experience and custumer service ever! I will never go back after the host that served me took an extra $20 off my debit card as a tip without my permission. I contact the manager soon as I got my receipt and asked why was my bill higher then the amount I paid for after I already gave him a $10 tip in his hand. The manager told me she's dirty and will take care of the situation she came back and said my money will be back on my card within 10 business days and I never received it, so I waited two weeks and no money still there I contacted them again and she told me sorry she can't help me I have to contact my bank.

I will never go back there after getting money taken off my card and unprofessional managers and workers.
