I bought ONE month of this companies product called "ALL ACCESS". I did this just to see if it was something I would be interested in. DBG took my credit card and setup an auto-renewal without seeking my approval. As soon as I realized this I canceled my account. I am going to include their confirmstion here? So, you would think I was all done, account was canceled well before the next billing date. Well, guess what, they charged me for another month on a canceled account. They have some $#*! and bull policy that if you do not cancel far enough ahead of the end of the billing cycle, you will be charged for another month, even though the account is closed. Whatever happened to customer service. It is certainly dead and buried at Daybreakgames. These are my opinions, yours may be different.
