“Be careful if you are doing business with this site”

I bought ONE month of this companies product called "ALL ACCESS". I did this just to see if it was something I would be interested in. DBG took my credit card and setup an auto-renewal without seeking my approval. As soon as I realized this I canceled my account. I am going to include their confirmstion here? We're sad to see you go kasmar45. We won't be clingy and awkward; we're simply providing confirmation that you have canceled your All Access Membership. We do appreciate all of our players and want to know what we can do to be better. We will read your comments and will try to use them to improve our games and services. Keep in mind that your account is still active and you can continue to play! We hope that you stay a part of our community and continue to enjoy playing our games. Should you decide to become an All Access member again, we'll be happy to return you to full membership status and reinstate all the privileges that come along with it. We hope you do! If you have any questions or need more help, please contact Daybreak Customer Service. Thanks! The Daybreak Game Company team daybreakgames.com This is an automated email so don't reply." So, you would think I was all done, account was canceled well before the next billing date. Well, guess what, they charged me for another month on a canceled account. They have some $#*! and bull policy that if you do not cancel far enough ahead of the end of the billing cycle, you will be charged for another month, even though the account is closed. Whatever happened to customer service. It is certainly dead and buried at Daybreakgames. These are my opinions, yours may be different.

an auto renewal will be setup for any all access purchase
if you want to cancel, do it on the first day of the billing cycle
