Last night someone broke in several cars in the Overlook at Bearcreek, one car was stolen. My car was one of them, I have pictures to prove it. There is no type of security in this complex. Every time I report a situation or repairs, the management at the leasing off tell me that they will take care of it. For example, my refrigerator door handle has been for going on for more than 6 months and it has been fix yet, they say they have to order a part for it. The surface of my bathtub is badly cracked and need redone. That has not been taken care of at all. We have to pay a valet trash fee with my rent. Our trash sit out for days before someone comes out and pick it up. I have to sometimes take my own trash to the dumpster. The worst thing out of all, the lighting in the complex is very poor. You can't see anything or anyone at night. I've posted the pictures of my car after the break in and pictures of my tub that I've reported to maintenance that has not been repaired, I wish I could post more pictures.
