DDM Tuning

They sent me non-working LED's and refuse to honor them. They are acting like I'm trying to scam them for a $3 led when I spent $40 and only two did not work. They are slow walking the return and have been asking me to take various pictures of the non-working LED all week and then they state they cannot do a return unless I can prove it's broken by showing physical damage in a picture, but I can't and they know this. Be careful with this company because the buck you save now will be lost when the product arrives. Go with a reputable company that stands by their product.

I bought a slim ballast HID kit from DDMTuning about 1 1/2 years ago. So far the product is still working just great and even comes with a lifetime warranty!

If you plan on adding HID lights (just one of their items they sell), then this is the place to get it. They constantly run specials and the price is unbeatable. Please, stay away from no name kits on eBay as they have had many and continue to have many problems and defects. The DDMTuning kits are of EXTREME high quality without the price.

The lifetime warranty (if your kit comes with one) is far superior because I have personally contacted their GREAT and FRIENDLY customer support team who offered nothing but help in the best positive attitudes I have ever come across. Also, unlike eBay, DDMTuning is located in the USA so if for some reason you need to use the warranty, you can deal with a USA company who speaks clearly and don't have to deal with shipping your product back overseas.

DDM Tuning's products are defective and they will not stand behind their products. From day one this HID kit did not work properly one headlight would randomly not turn on (look this up online it is a well-documented problem from this company). It finally caught up with me the other night when I didn't know my headlight was out and got pulled over by the police. After many hours troubleshooting and talking to DDM tuning on the phone they have admitted their product is defective. But they only offer you options that cost you more money whether it be paying for shipping or upgrading to different parts. The lifetime warranty these parts are supposed to come with is a sham. So if you're looking for a company that makes defective parts, has horrible customer service, a horrible warranty policy and does not stand behind their products than you found it in DDM Tuning, otherwise stay far away and save yourself the headache and nightmare.
