Farrell was amazingly nice and helpful in customer service. And DebSpecs is the ONLY site I found that offers two power readers so that I can see my computer screen and still look down and read my spreadsheet. Most are three power (progressive) and I tried that with no success. These "bifocal" readers really do the job for me. Plus they are great looking, high quality glasses for a great price. I ordered some bifocal readers, dual strength. Tried to cancel as I found my old glasses. Told enroute, but could return after receiving it. They arrived (see below re: quality). Called CS at number on web site, left message. No return call or email, Now, "mail box is full" is the only response I get. The arms are too short, but mainly, the left eye is stronger than the right. I did not order that! Very poor company - stay away!

I had an issue with my charge not being excepted by the website. Deb specs customer service immediately took my order over the phone and followed up to make sure I was not incorrectly overcharged. The customer service rep was extremely polite, professional, and had a wonderful positive attitude that is so sadly lacking in today's society. I cannot recommend ordering from Deb specs highly enough!

I ordered readers in July as I have a big head. So readers ALWAYS hurt and left indents. When they arrived, it was great! Immediate comfort and they're solid and good quality. So I ordered another pair in a different style. Well worth the investment and I take care of them more than my $5 ones. Thanks

I'm so happy I found DebSpecs! They have stylish bifocals and so affordable! I had such a hard time finding bifocals with a full frame. Since cataract surgery I only need readers but I don't like half size glasses sitting at the end of my nose. I can now watch TV and read at the same time while leaving my glasses on! I have at least 4 different styles and a pair of sunglasses from DebSpecs and I'll definitely be buying more. They are so affordable with really fast shipping. You can't go wrong!

I've been a customer with DebSpecs for well over 15 years. I've had to ask their Customer Service to reroute my orders a number of times. Often we decide to go to our vacation home at the last minute. Every single time I write and/or call, they respond the next day, sometimes the same day. I've also called to ask about items I really like, that may have been discontinued. Their Customer Service stay on the phone with you, searching for the items or finding ones that will work.
Honestly, in today's world of annoying automated messages, I've never had a robot handle my requests.
I just wish all companies would treat customers as well as DebSpecs!

They ALWAYS respond the next day or sooner for questions or unresolved issues. If you call, they actually have humans who will work hard to help you.

She then placed a special order for me at NO CHARGE, which I had within 5 days. How many companies would give you free glasses that were definitely an upgrade from what I ordered in the past. I have been dealing with DebSpecs for over 7 years and I have always had the best service. DebSpecs provides good quality products at a low price & their customer service is impeccable. Highly recommend.
My wife has one "good" eye left and her vision continues to slowly degrade due to non-age-related macular degeneration. Once she got past using the +6.00 cheapies, we couldn't find stronger lenses until we found these at Deb's Specs. As these are custom ground to order and coated (as an option), they are far and away the best readers we have bought, specifically, the greatest precision and most durable lens. When one's eyesight is so poor that you require this level of magnification, you do not need any of the artifacts added back into your vision that are inevitable with plastic lenses -- imprecise surfaces and scratching for starters. We winced at the price the first time but never once since. The first pair was still in great condition when we lost them, so we replaced those and bought a spare pair. They are worth every penny!

Not only is This flattering frame well made and sturdy, it has the additional benefit of being a "Dimmer Lens" which converts to nice dark Sun Glasses when in outdoors, it has a nice prescription bifocal with the clear non prescription upper. For me this is a triple bonus since we live in the desert. Very happy with this produc
Too slow to ship. After 5 days where order was in the "processing" stage, I called and was told they would be shipping tomorrow. After 2 day, I called and cancelled the order.
Sorry guys, if you want to compete in the online shopping world, you need to get a better handle on fulfilling orders in a timely mannor.
Also, no apologies when I called. I guess they don't care for my business.

I had to take the time out to write a review on my experience with debSpecs. This company is amazing, they provide superb customer service even when the customer is at fault. I ordered a pair of orange sunglasses and they arrived quickly. I thot they were yellow so I wanted to return them and I faulted them for sending the wrong glasses. They quickly refunded me and even payed for shipping when they didn't have to. I appreciate the kind gesture and will not hesitate in ordering from them again. Sorry for my error

I wish my company was this good! Costumer service above and beyond making sure I had glasses in time! Over delivered and followed up! And just as important the quality of glasses is awesome! Much better than anticipated. Bought the Blackjack dimmable bifocals and they are perfect! Buy these and you wont be disappointed.

So this happened... my eyes are not loving the whole... situation... with working at home. Job is mostly working in 2 docs at once, 100+ pages of legalese, and going back'n'forth on a 15" laptop is no bueno. Going blind. So I get into a chat window with a rep for a company that sells schmancy readers (mine were $8 or some $#*!, no wonder they suck). Person turns out to be the owner, from Brooklyn, we chat NYC $#*! for a minute. She tells me there might be a delay in the ones I want, because she sends them to be made. But then! She's all lemme see what I have in stock... comes back, all omg, i have one pair, I'll send them, YOU CAN PAY ME LATER (!) Then she takes $10 off the $50 price (!) I'm not even ASKING for any of this. She is a star.
Will update after I try them, for now, this is all customer service.

I had been looking for bifocal polarized sunglass readers and found them here. Just what I wanted but when I received them, unfortunately they had a couple of scratches on them. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a replacement pair of which were in perfect condition... Received both pair in less that a week of placing order. This company is run by absolutely wonderful people! I can't say enough positive things about the customer service and super fast shipping! But besides that, all the eyeglasses I've purchased from Debby Burk have been super cute, fun and edgy! They have a huge selection of different styles which always brings me back for more!
