First, we signed up in 2018, after being hounded by sales people! We asked them over and over if they were not a timeshare. So first deceptive practice! The discounted stays at the Vida resorts are what our membership worth it because we did go into debt and did not fall into their traps like others. But they sell you on Vida dollars to make you believe you have great benefits, but there are restrictions to use them. The places to travel are limited and beware not quality places to stay. I was led to believe a 2-star hotel was a 4-star. The place was super old, linens was dingy and old, air condition went out, and food taste horrible and I was sick for 5 of the seven days! Customer service is staffed by another company called Arrivia, has limitations and don't stand behind their sales. Some of their salespeople have been there for years and believe their own lies. Not willing to help customer. They will not return calls after escalation! It's a terrible business.
