Detect History

I was invited for a boat tour for several days and friends told me they will be diving with a metal detector. I enjoyed this a lot, since I'm a decent diver, and wondered where I can find a machine for self. My friends dropped me a link to Detect History, and I found out what detector I exactly needed.

Pretty good site, Detect History, I usually check metal detecting comparison charts and lists. We have a big metal detecting community in our state, so I can recommend stuff for people because I've already read about it on site.

Awesome reviews website. I was going to buy Treker metal detector but after i'v read a few reviews, i decided to buy advanced one called Nokta, it is super awesome, appreciate that.

I learned about metal detecting recently, and immediately wanted to buy a metal detector to find some cool stuff. I knew nothing about detectors, how to choose them, etc., so I simply went online and googled an "affordable" (in reality it was outright cheap) metal detector that would do. In my opinion, a total newbie like me should have been okay with a Chinese machine, and obviously, after several unproductive and meaningless sessions, this cheap crap just stopped working altogether. So, I decided I probably did something wrong, and went online again to look not for metal detectors, but for comprehensive reviews, and I found Detect History site, and it was a godsend. I have stumbled across dozens of detailed, really objective and explanatory reviews, plus comparison charts, ratings, and tons of useful blog posts and guides. Honestly, I spent several evenings just learning the basic, reading blog posts, and exploring the guidelines on metal detecting, on choosing the right machine, on planning the detecting, and so on. Eventually, I managed to choose another machine - it happened to be one by Garrett - and now I'm the happiest detectorist in my town. Detect History made my day, really. Oh, and by the way - regardless of whether you like Detect History or not, regardless of where you live and detect - never, never ever buy cheap crap. Happy hunt everybody!

The best thing I like about Detect History is their best metal detector lists. These comparison lists allow to really understand the pros and cons of every detector, and make an informed decision before buying.
