Without as much as an email to its users (only a short blurb on its own, rarely used blog), Diary.com changed from a decent (3/4 stars, IMHO) online diary site to a worthless amalgam of a "Calendar, Journal and To Do List to manage your events with friends, family and co-workers" that doesn't even deserve the 1 of 4 stars this site gives it. Why this sudden change? Why not so much as ask it's own users if the change was wanted or needed? This alone is shoddy customer service. However, the most personally egregious change is that formerly, two or more people could choose to share access to their private journals. Now, without a single email, press-release, or anything (other than the aforementioned blurb), this feature has been eliminated. Congratulations, Diary.com, you suck!
