“Shame on yall”

Jordan S.
2/10/17

I tried the trial and called within the 14 days like you're supposed to do. A few weeks later I get a charge on my card of $80 and come to find out, i was never taken off their bill cycle like the lady said i was! I am furious. I do not have $80 just to give away for something i dont even use i threw it away because i didn't like it. But yet im still getting bills all the time. Yall should be ashamed some people need that $80 for their bills. Yalls judgment day will come.

I signed up for a free bottle of Garcinia Cambogia, just had to pay 4.95 for shipping. I got the bottle, everything seemed fine. A couple of weeks later, I was charged for $79 dollars on my credit card. I contacted the company and they said these were the terms I agreed to. When they showed me the terms, I had never seen them before. I walked myself through the same process again, and once again, I didn't see the terms. Now, they refuse to refund my money! It's just a scam, please don't fall for it like I did.

I ordered the trial for Premium Garcinia Cambogia for 14 days and called within the time frame to cancel the membership. I was charged the full price anyway. I was told by two different reps that I would get refunded the full price. I never did. I have to print my phone bills and go back and send them to my bank to prove that I called the company or they won't refund my money.
After dealing with this for the last few months I have come to find out that dietopen uses BeautyPro for the billing of their products. Whichever company sent a response to my bank in which they contradicted themselves. First they stated the product ordered was Premium GC, then Premium Cleanse, then Slimming GC. The Terms and Condition and trial information they sent to my bank were for the Slimming GC, and the prices weren't the same as what I was charged.
I just spoke to another rep from BeautyPro and he said all the products were completely different. I went back online to print the offer and the Terms and Conditions but it is no longer available.
I am still fighting this with my bank

The link that appears on Face Book states the 14 day trial is FREE all you pay is $4.95 shipping and handling. I received the order 7 days later. 8 capsules/days later, I had a charge of $79.25 posted to my account. When I called the 855 number posted on my statement I was connected to DietOpen.com The first representative stated that my 14 day trial had expired and I didn't call before that so I was being charged $79.25 for the 30 day bottle sent to me. I explained that I only had the bottle for 8 days and hadn't even determined if the product worked for me. The representative stated that the 5-7 days was included in the 14 days. The 14 days begins the date the product is shipped! He offered me discounts for the life of the program, the discounts went up as I refused his offers. I was told the original charge could not be refunded then he hung up. I called back and spoke with another agent who stated the same policy. When I told him I was contacting the Better Business Bureau and would just continue to call back, he offered me a 50% refund. If you go to DietOpen.com, you will see a different *******473 number. When I called that number and reviewed their terms and conditions: We want you to be satisfied with our products and services. If within thirty (30) days of Your order, You are not satisfied with any product that you ordered, you may call our customer service department toll-free at *******473 and request a full refund. The Floor Supervisor by the name of Britney stated that she could see my account, could see that you (I) have "our Forskolin product" and that I had received a refund but that is not our site and we do not know about this product? She also stated she could see that I ordered the product on February 15th. So according to my calculations 14 days would be today - March 1st. What? I said "You just stated you could access my account, you referenced "Your Forskolin product" yet you claim this is not your product and this is not your website?" She gave a completely different customer service number. I explained that the *******473 number posted on diet open.com is what I called and your representative answered then put you on the phone. I'm a little confused how you can see my account information, I can call this number and reach you but you don't know anything about my situation. Called the 855 number on my billing statement and asked a young lady by the name of Maraya why if I ordered the product on Feb 15th (she confirmed this to be correct) 14 days would not be today March 1st - she stated that the 14 days begins the DAY you order the product. Bottom line - this is a huge scam and stay away from it.

Tip for consumers:
Read the details - call instead of ordering over the phone
