Terrible! Bought a $25 giftcard with a $50 digital giftcard through a coupon site in early November. It is a month later and have not received it. Tried emailing (twice) and calling (6 times) - left numerous messages in several different mailboxes I found just by randomly dialing extensions, as the 4 customer service boxes are always full. No response, no card, no way I will ever do business with them again!

STAY AWAY! Bought multiple Fandago movie passes (through The Dealist)... never received the movie codes from Digital Doorstep and they never responded to my email and their phone line is always busy. Currently their website says go back to site of purchase for refund. STAY AWAY. It is rip off. I am currently contacting The Dealist to get a refund.
Ordered a $25 digital deal from them through Saveology early December. Was told UP TO 3 weeks delivery of my gift cards. Contacting them is a joke, and still no gift cards! Filed with BBB against this company but DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER!
