Have been a fan of the Sauvage line for many years now however, either CD has absolutely terrible Quality Control or else something else is going on. I know this scent very well, and now to walk away from the counter after paying $180 for the Parfum for the second time I am completely done with CD. You no longer know what's actually in the bottle even though it is labeled correctly. I can only compare it to a soapy fragrance mixed with alcohol. CD, make it right or please, don't make it at all.
It's horrible I bought a jewel, for my daughter's birthday they told me it would arrive tomorrow, Upssu company never knocked on my door, I went 1 hour from my house to pick up the shipment and I've been trying to receive the order for three days, I'm totally destroyed! My daughter birthday π and I will not have her gift on time π©ππππ

Unfortunately, when I finally found a contact number for customer service, I continue to be routed to a phone number that "hangs up" on me "four times". I did not receive an item on my order that doesn't say any item is on back order just a "penned x" on my contents label. I like Dior products but will never purchase directly from their site as they lack any type of customer service. When I finally found a human being at their customer service, she could not help me and again routed to a phone number that literally hangs up on me! In addition, their quality control SUCKS! Will I ever receive my product?

They contact me and tell me the product I wanted is now in stock. I order the product. They inform me that the product is not available, but they are working to resolve. They send me a wonderful email while at the same time they cancelled my order without refunding my money. They than send another email telling me the product is back in stock. DonΒ΄t waste your time with DIOR there are other brands!
Total disappointment from ordering on 16th of December a Christmas gift with a 2 days option / next day delivery to now a 29th of December β¦ now if that just because of a logistic issue with some labelling issues it's unacceptable from such a reputable house of Dior β¦ may we call it house of Disaster this time How incompetent or careless one can be on Christmas period especially to mess it up so bad β¦
I will revert my decition to stick to The French form Dior and will move to Brits of Penhaligon
Seems to me when a company gets to big it can't keep up the standards first created β

Called for hours, redirected and put on hold none stop! Emailed over 60 times and no response it's been weeks and still not heard anything. The departments kept telling me I had called the wrong department for them to redirect me to another supposingly wrong department. I want my money back! My Β£35 lip balm came damaged and hurts my lips I just want my money back

Today I called Dior and spoke with some lady who didn't want to give me her name saying" She doesn't feel the need to " give me her name. I am a Dior Platinum member and was expecting a welcome gift around 12/******* which was delayed due to holiday season. I spoke to a Customer Service rep in December who said that it will be delivered after holiday season. Then i emailed Dior on 1/4/24 for a status update and they said the order got called and money will be refunded. Then when I emailed back to them expressing my frustration -Dior kept quite. Again I emailed on 1/11/24 and they reply back saying they have place order again.
And today is the height of all. In my life I never experienced such horrible customer service. Is dior not training their rep how to treat customers? I am just loss of words. Which representative doesn't give their name? I guess only those who didn't treat their customer well and fear of consequences? Hope Dior will take action and keep their platinum customers

I was not aware that my package needed a signature. I work a full time job and everytime the delivery came I was not home to sign. After 2 delivery attempts, they package had been shipped back to Dior. I have been trying to contact Dior numerous amounts of times over the past 3 days about this package through email, phone number, text message, and I have been on hold for numerous hours a day. This is horrible service, nobody answers the phones, I could not even be provided with as little as a refund. And there was no service provided to me at all. Horrible!
Ordered three Dior lip oils and they only sent me 2. Called, emailed numerous times. Was asked for more information which I provided and then nothing. Happy that my experience was only with a $40 oil and not a $4k bag. I will NEVER order online again as their customer service is HORRENDOUS. Never refunded me nor sent me the missing product. Not the way to run a luxury brand!
I have had the worst experience with this company. This is the first time I wanted to give it a shot and ordered some gifts. I ordered 3 things and when the package arrived Saturday it was missing 2 out of 3 items that I ordered. No explanation or email about it. I reached out through email, WhatsApp on the website, called and regular message and nothing. When I finally was able to get a hold of customer service, she informed me "I'm sorry, you didn't get it because it was out of stock. You didn't get charged for it so you're good" I asked why I was not informed at all about it? And she just said she didn't know. I asked how they're gonna fix it since that was supposed to be a gift, nearing Christmas and she just said to order again. Her responses were unacceptable and doesn't represent the Dior brand in my eyes. These are responses I would expect from a Walmart customer service agent not Dior. I am beyond displeased and will look to purchase from other high end brands instead.

I bought a gift for my best friend. Even though their products are expensive. So I want to earn much money to buy their products.
The fragrances they sell are very tender, special, unusual and great. I love them. I have already made two purchases here and no disappointment.
I bought a jacket and it was too large. I immediately returned it to the store, to send back to Dior.com. Another store not online, sent me the smaller size. Dior.com claimed I wore and soiled the jacket, and sent it back to me even though I bought the correct size in a store in a different state. I never wore the coat. So I never could have soiled the coat. They were impossible and caused me great aggravation over this.

Do not use Dior.com. Shopping at Dior should be pure joy.

I normally would order ambre nuit but decided on a change. I chose bois dargent as the review said intense. I like strong fragrance. However I was so disappointed as I feel this is a really light perfume. I really wondered if the bottle had just water in it. I like to be able to smell the fragrance on me. I sprayed and sprayed but still very light. I wanted to return it but thinking that the sample was not right I tore open the packaging and couldn't return it!, hope this helps someone.

Sent me a shoe that had a scuff on the sole, so I returned it. To my surprise they denied a return claiming it was done on my end, which is absolutely impossible and a lie. I asked for them to check their cameras to prove that the quality control team have actually done their job but they said even if they do, the won't release the information. So needless to say, the manager refused to help or resolve this issue! Absolutely no help, disgusting customer service! The minimal scuffing was done on their end and it cost me! A nice experience turned into a nightmare.
This is a brend I was always striving for. Thanks for having such amazing products that make me feel special.
I received a pair of Dior Sunglasses (listed price US$400) from a law firm as a Xmas present in 2021. The sunglasses fell apart 6 months later. I asked a Dior shop to repair it. I was told that they couldn't do it because they don't have the spare parts. The response from the customer support was extremely slow even with constant follow up. It has been over 1 month and my case with Dior is still outstanding!
I'm extremely disappointed with the Dior quality, and even more disappointed that Dior doesn't make the customer whole ASAP.

Ordered a Jardin Magique Mitzah Scarf online on Feb 3,2023 Morning. Didn't receive any shipping confirmation for 4 days so I contacted their customer rep online regarding the status. Talked to 2 different "Client Advisors" and was told that their warehouse doesn't have any stock left but one of their boutiques is fulfilling the order so I should get it by the end of this week. However, they cancelled my order this morning. I saved both conversation of the Client Advisors for reference just in case they want to investigate it.
To Dior:
1. If you don't have any stock left, please remove/disable the listing. Don't waste customer's time.
2. The worst customer rep I have seen in my life. You are luxury brand but have a terrible customer service that provides wrong information.
Do not buy Dior Addict Liptint as it does not cover evenly the lips. Unfortunately the unique experience turned out to be the worst because advertisement does not fulfill the promise in real life and covers lips partially leaving somewere light patches. I am very sad to hear that in order to pay back the money for unfunctional liptint they are actually trying to sell me something additional. I have no more trust in their business and will never puchase anything from their products again. They should take out the text from internet that Dior return money for the products that does not deliver the basic function.

My name is Fariba Zareivag, and I am a fan of Dior, I bought some items including a sweater two weeks ago from Paris Dior and I felt that I did not like it when I came back to My country. I decided to change it with another item (the same price) by my friend in Paris, but to my surprise, I was informed that I cannot, because I have got VAT refund at the airport when I returned back to my country.
The same thing happened in Dubai with Fendi brand last year, and Dubai Fendi store changed the item for me without a question after 7 month and I feel that
Maybe I am involved with a personal decision not a company policy! And if Dior don't accept to change it for sure I will never buy from Dior and don't recommend to anybody!

I started using their perfums this year and I can say that their scent is very strong. I mean it can be felt on skin and clothes throughout the day.
