This card is a joke in my own personal opinion customer service is the worst I have seen, no one knows how to answer the phone they leave it all up to auto answering services or computers bad business practices. I was trying to get in touch with someone at US direct express about a recent over drawn account status. The phone system indicates " We are experiencing high call volumes please call back at a later time ". Well hire more help, I hope that this card company sees my review...
