I appreciate how quickly this company ships items and process returns, I odered from them several times and I had no issues. They also responded quickly when I sent customer service a email. I recently ordered from another hair company last week and they stay haven't ship the product. I ordered from divatress yesterday and my item is already shipped with a tracking number. Also when they package my products it's done with care. I trust this company and will continue to use them. Thanks Divatress!

I bought an electric mower in November 2023, and have yet to receive it. I have followed up and had no response. I've tried to call but the number is disconnected. I think maybe this is just a scam company do not buy from them.

I've been using them CONSISTENTLY since 2015. I placed a $150 order in Aug 2021 and never received it. They finally returned my money a month later after reaching out multiple times but they deleted my account out of spite I guess. It used to be such a good website but if this is how they do their loyal customers then oh well.

I ordered last Wednesday (17th March) and sent a couple emails wondering if my order would be fulfilled, still haven't gotten a reply Two of the five wigs I ordered now say "out of stock" so I'm worried they sold out even though they were in stock when I ordered :( If someone from the company could get back to me, I'd appreciate it, but judging from the other reviews I'm thinking I got screwed.

Divatress has nice lace wigs but am sure you can find those same wigs elsewhere, so I live in Canada & on my birthday I ordered a wig which cost $ 62, shipment was= $ 36, I got a discount of $ 9.30 but still paid a total sum of $88.70, then when UPS came with my order I had to pay them another fee of $37.27 so the ($37.27 +$36.00 might have just been the sum of another wig)
What I don't understand is why charge me for the shipping cost if I will have to pay to UPS again for delivering my order? Am not sure I will shop there again, I also felt as though their customer service was not as friendly!
I contacted their live customer support chat, and sent my concern (I couldn't view all of my items that were in my wish list / favourites, aka the wigs that I "hearted"). And they take so long to respond, so far they haven't, and I thought the customer support persons name and profile picture looked a bit fishy. So, as I'm siting here bored and waiting for a reply, I decide the look up their name, "Sarah Pearson". Nothing significant comes up, really. So I decide to reverse image search their unusual looking photo. Many results showed up from that one. Low and behold, their photo was just a stock image! A PREGNANT one, at that!

All in all though, they didn't even end up responding; so not a great first impression.
Clearly, their customer service is shady.
So, I'd imagine their site must be, too.

I ordered a few pony tails and received them within a few days. The hair looked fantastic and I received many compliments! I was ordering wigs from another company for over 25 years and have decided to switch to divatress instead because of the unlimited selections and varieties of hair that they advertise!

Make sure to use and apply any promotion codes before purchasing..I missed out on my 10 percent and they could not apply it after my hair was sent out!

I ordered 2 bottles of Lottabody Nourish Me Leave-In conditioner with Milk & Honey on December 24,2020 and I received them within a week. I thought this was amazing given the mail was so slow and the other carriers were full. It shipped UPS and I got it- it was well packed in bubble-wrap and a snug box. I was very happy. I was happy to find this Lottabody product bc a lot of stores didn't have this particular product. I had not shopped at DivaTress before but I definitely will in the future.

I received 2 Wigs that I ordered weeks ago - Both wigs were NOT what I ordered, so Wrong Wigs Delivered (but correct picture on package? What, what? Seriously Sad). My husband tried to warn me not to order from DivaTress, BUT NOoooo I would not listen to my husband and best friend. At least he didn't say, "I told you so" LOL... anyway I should have taken that extra step and read Customer Reviews... Lession Learned - NEVER AGAIN DivaTress... because DivaTress Delivers ONLY MESS!

I have been purchasing wigs with Divatress since 2019 and I can honestly say that I have never had an issue with them. I place about 4 orders every couple of months and all my orders have came with the correct merchandise. My order ship outs the same day I place it and I get it within 3 days. There was one time that one of my wigs was not in my order. I called customer service that day and they issued me a refund. Divatress is the only place that i purchase my wigs because of the pricing and quality of the product and the variety.
I've only ordered from divatress twice. The products are great but whoever works on the logistics team it's very competent. They managed to send me someone else's package and then failed to properly communicate with me the appointment time they scheduled with UPS to come pick it up. The package is still sitting at my house as I type this.
She originally asked me to drop it off at UPS or USPS. I said no because I have a life and its not my fault that they delivered me someone else's package.
Hopefully they either get it figured out or they'll go out of business.

I have purchased 3 human hair wigs from Divatress and they all were shipped within an hour or two from purchasing. My wigs are always packaged well. I get compliments on my wigs all the time and I recommend Divatress everytime.

I have been contacting Divatress about two wigs that were returned to Divatress by mistake. They won't respond to me about giving me a refund or sending the wigs back out
The wig as really not bad, real hair, but seems like unprocessed or that a wig is not brand new. A bit different understanding what is silky hair, but im wearing the wig very day, ordering from this place again. Hope it keeps up with expectations. PS. This wig is way to cheap comparing to what great quality i got. :)

The 7th is when they shipped. It was supposed to arrive the 8th but arrived the 11th by fedex. I would order from them again

I recently ordered a lace front micro box braid wig from Divatress. I had been waiting for this item to be back in stock for over a year. I requested a message update when the item was back in stock. I completely forgot about it, until one day I got an email saying the item was available once again.
I immediately went to the site, and ordered the wig. It was shipped fast and arrived right on the day expected. I was also able to get shipping and up to the minute delivery updates.
Upon opening the package, I was pleased with the quality of the wig. The microbraids are uniform throughout and the lace is soft and really looks great when applied correctly.
I am completely pleased with my purchase and I would definitely recommend DivaTress for all of your hair needs. They can be a little more expensive than some other retailers but remember - you get what you pay for. I paid for quality and that is what I received. I have received tons of compliments when I wear this one. Very pleased!

I purchased empire deep wave human hair, I received my order within a few days after ordering it which was good, however when I receive the hair and my granddaughter started putting it in, the hair was thin, has no bounce, she had a triple with using 09 bundles, and my hair looks terrible. It looks nothing like the picture and I'm extremely unsatisfied, I'm taking it out of my hair, and going back to my local hair store.

All the Beauty Supply stores were closed in NYC during the Covid-19 Stay at Home Order, so I placed my order for three Motown Tress wigs and received my order within 5 business days by free delivery. I got exactly what I ordered and will definitely order from Divatress again. Very happy customer!
I don't believe in spending my hard earned money on products that's totally the opposite color of what I ordered and paid for, this company have a bad habit/ reputation of shipping the customer's hair color wigs etc. products of not the choice color that the customer paid for on their website, but in stead they'll send you a color of hair/wig of their choice and thats not right to receive anything else besides what your own money paid for. I don't like the way that this business is ran, so for those reasons I personally choose to steer clear of this website & not to ever order from this particular company again. It's not about you get what you get" it's about getting" exactly what you paid for and thats something that this company has got to understand, and unfortunately this company is deceptive and misleading the consumers.

If this company doesn't have the color of wigs that the customer ordered off of their website and paid for, then they should remove the false advertising display online stating that the products are available , because by no means it all do they have a right to send a customer whatever they choose to after collection the customer's funds from they're debit card/ credit card or whatever form a payment that it maybe.
