“Rough and nasty”

Junk service, Incompetent and nasty. I canceled there poor service and then they mucked up the final payment and started to pursue me for a bill that I could not pay as they had cleared the account. Followed their instructions, emailed them and they then set their debt collectors on me within two weeks of canceling the account. Nasty and incompetent

I recently moved into a new apartment and decided to use dodo as my internet provider because it's cheap. HOWEVER. I couldn't even connect to the internet. The internet light on my modem ( they send me the modem) keeps blinking. What a horrible internet provider. I have even start using the internet, and it already has issue…

Tech support is hopeless now. 1 real problem in over 20 years and they keep stuffing me around. Book nbn to check home setup, doesn't show book a second time for Wednesday only to call Tuesday, next day and say nbn can't find a fault and cancell the case.
Call to cancell they arrange another modem and nbn home visit for Monday only to call 2 days later and try to arrange another home visit further on saying no visit already booked,.asks to return a modem I received that day. I don't think I'm delivering your stock anywhere. Come collect it
Not fooling me for a forth time dodo.

I was with red energy more than 11 years. Dodo contacted me and offered me better and cheap plan but when I switch with dodo. I received a bill which was way too higher than other energy companies. Dodo rip off people. They are one of the worst gas and electricity camping in Australia. They offered me service to property charge 103 cents but in the bill they are ripping 114 cents. Peak hour and off peak also very very high.

Shout out to Dodo for never fail to disappoint me every single time. Worst technical and customer supports I have ever encountered in my life. I used to hate it 8 years ago and I still hate it now. The supports are very rude, shouting most of the time, very noisy music background noise that I barely hear what they are talking about. I know the service is outsourced but shouldn't you at least check or improve the quality of your own support service. Would never ever ever give it another chance. Wait very long to talk to support but once get to talk, barely understand each other.

They are the worst of the worst. They always answer through sales cause they would rather you buy from them but anything else you need help with - technical support or customer service it doesn't exist here. I joined and calcelled the same day. I tried to call them back after joining to get a modem as the BYO modem was not working and they did not answer the phone all day - transferring me here and there.

Very bad system. No happy with their service at all. I ordered a meter abolishment at 40 days ago. The call centre is in overseas. Every time i called, need to wait about 40 mins to have someone to answer your call and wait and wait to check the file then just said something to send you away. No result delivery.

Don't use the Dodo anymore

Very slowly to react. They don't care about the clients's request. Nearly 10 days have passed since I sent my application. They didn't even start to process until I called them. Slow my own process. Waste my money. Not recommend

Dodo is literally the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of erroneously signing up with. They're NBN is fraught with issues. For the past 4 months I've had about 2 days per month of wifi connectivity. They completely cut phone service for customer support during corona (expect the same when the second wave hits)without informing their customers of this, or of the return to phone service date when that occurred. In addition to this, time and time again I have been on hold for hours, only to literally be hung up on. When you do get through, you are transferred from tech support, to accounts to tech support - over and over- every phone call. Half the time you are unaware you're being transferred and you have to retell the issue to every person. They refuse to refund the full amounts for the periods they have provided no internet. I could not advise more strongly AGAINST signing up with dodo.

- Dodo will send your contact details to telemarketing companies, so expect a tonne of calls and texts from random sales people.
- There is not over the phone support for existing customers, it's all online. So if any of your accounts aren't showing online - too bad. Call their sales team and ask to be transferred. Also, it looks like you can call but a pre-recorded message will just tell you to go online and then hang up.
- They will over charge you, and once you get through to their support team good luck getting your money back. They charged me twice and spent ages trying to tell me they didn't. They did.

Run away.

I'd like to give people a little heads up before you get caught out like I did stay away from dodo internet. My internet cost $75 a month for the last 4 months I've been constantly ringing dodo my internet keep dropping in and out customer service is a load of BS get my to unplug all the internet stuff and reset everything ya it works for a day or two then it's back to the same thing this have been going on for four months, so was back onto them to day to see what going to happen am I going to get some free months for all the trouble I'm haveing. What ye recon she says to me? Oh we're going to look after you with a once off $20 of this month. I'm telling you people stay away from them worst ever, problem was ment to be sorted now and as we speak I've know internet now keeps dropping out… SO PEOPLE SAVE YOUR COIN AND USE SOMEONE BETTER THEN DODO where you will get what your paying for

On every occasion I have had to contact dodo, I hear babies crying in the background- clearly the operators work from home. This shouldn't be an issue as the current circumstances in the world has changed the way we work which is very understandable. On every occasion I've called to speak with the customer service operators, there is people speaking in their native Philippine language, actually screaming at each other. On 2-3 occasions I called I can remember hearing baby sounds and babies crying. The sound of baby noises is so clear, it sounds like the babies are on the laps or in the arms of the operators. The dodo operators are so rude and can not wait to get you off the phone. They do not ask, if there is anything else they can help with or if you have any questions. The customer service operators are not clear in their communication, they are hard to deal with. I always prepare myself for an unpleasant service. Not to mention that I have to call back numerous times as the staff answer the phone but pretend they cannot hear you although you can hear roosters clearly in the background, buy they expect you to believe they can't hear you. My contract with did runs out on 24/02/2022. I can't wait to move to another carrier. I don't know how dodo is still in business.

Do not change over to DODO under any circumstances. There is no customer service at all, believe me. I requested a silent phone nbr, they changed it and never told me! Six weeks later I happened to find out when I complained about not receiving any incoming calls. I changed over to ADSL2+ and they didn't connect me for over 2 mths later. I wrote 5 times to complain about the lack of service and didn't receive a single response! They broke the contract yet if I change to another ISP, I am charged! Do yourself a favour and stay well away!

Dodo isp - How about an isp provider gives u a great spiel to sign u up for 24 months, at a set price with the promise of 3 free months, then tells u incorrect off peak times and charges for excess peak times becuse your"so called off peak was wrong". To add insult to injury a month later puts out a better deal with 10 times the off peak for $10 a month less. Talk about good customer relations, there is none. If thinking about changing to DODO have a good look around before committing.
