They are crooks-I placed an order, after two weeks still not arrived. I sent emails & tried to ring. Then I lodged a complaint with Department of Fair Trading. I suggest anyone else who has the same issue, do the same! Just lodge with their online firm. The department knows the 'company. You can also track the real owner of the business through the ABN number & you'll see him on his LinkedIn account-posing as a business person, truck driver but I feel he should add thief!

Have done business with new owners, order done with care and thought and delivered very quickly. Spoke to one of the owners yesterday about shipment-a very caring and nice man-would do business with this company again,

These guys are CROOKS! I got scammed just like the people below. Placed an order and almost two weeks later, no deliver. I emailed them and no response and when I called the number in their email confirmation, I was met with a message that says "this number is temporarily suspended. Luckily I paid with PayPal and should hopefully be able to get my money back.

Same story as all the other reviews. Do not buy from this company as they will not send the order and won't reply to emails... they are a corrupt company

Dogfood.com.au is one of the most hopeless and pathetic people to deal with. I ordered holistic select on 4 weeks ago and nothing has been delivered. 2 weeks ago I received an email from the courier company that a parcel has been booked however dogfood.com.au did not deliver at the courier office for them to deliver it to us. I called these people endless times. Majority of the times no one will pick the phone and by any chance if someone does then they are rude and tells me to forget about the order now. Left countless messages, emails with no response. Will be taking them to VCAT for a resolution.

This is the most pathetic business to deal with. Placed an order on the 20th of December 2017... 4 weeks later still nothing. Called twice over two weeks and both times was told someone will call me tomorrow. No one called. Left several messages no reply no phone call. Rang today and the same rude, smug, arrogant prick answers telling me they can't get what they advertised, but still took the payment for 7 weeks ago, and that they refunded the money to our account last week, and still no phone call in 7 weeks to let us know what was going on with our order or to let us know the money had been refunded. Do not purchase anything from this business. They are hopeless.

Do not buy from this company, they do not deliver items you have paid for.

When I contacted them about my undelivered item (via multiple emails and contact through their website) they do not respond at all, which is great customer service for an online business.

Do not order a thing from this company. Won't pick up their phones, won't call you back when you finally get onto an idiot that does answer a call but cant help you... lucky i paid with paypal this has been escalated... you would swear this is run for dodgy asian company.

I wish i had seen the reviews before ordering. Paid $130 for some dog food and nothing has been delievered. I didnt even get a reciept (dispite emailing them to ask for one).

Will be taking this up with Fair Trading NSW.

THEY SCAMMERS THEY DO NOT SEND THE ORDER. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE A LEGITIMATE COMPANY. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

I used Dogfood.com.au for the last few years without any problems until the last order. Unable to supply stock so they promised to refund in full. That was 3 weeks ago. No refund to date and refuse to return phone calls. BEWARE. As others have already said be prepared to be ripped off.

I've been ordering from this site since October 2009 and have always found them to be reliable and friendly to deal with. The prices on their stock are better than any other pet supplies websites I've checked into. Layout is brilliant and ordering is so straightforward and simple. They offer Paypal as well which, combined with a credit or debit card, speeds up the delivery process. Every order I've received has come with a bonus gift so as a result our kitties have an absolute abundance of cat toys so I've never had to buy any! I am able to buy food and litter in bulk quantities saving me heaps $$$ and saving my arms in the process! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM:-)

The website itself is very buggy and is often "down for maintenance" (not very helpful when you have placed an order with them or need to check something). The 'hotline' that they have on their website is rarely manned, so be prepared to leave dozens of messages before they return your call - IF they return your call at all.
The dog food that I have ordered from them has been delivered with tears in the bags, as if rats have eaten them. Most recently they delivered only half of my order, and after weeks of chasing them and them telling me that the rest was "on it's way" but never arriving, I eventually asked them for a refund. 'Ivan' flat out told me that he wasn't going to give me one.
Ivan's professionalism is also questionable, in previous conversations with him he has asked me if I ever travel to his location as he was impressed with me and would like to meet me. I am not sure if this was a veiled threat or a pitiful attempt at flirting, but either way it is unprofessional and unwelcome.
Needless to say, the remainder of my order has never arrived, nor have I received my refund.
And I have since heard similar stories from other ex-customers. Think twice before ordering through this company.
