I order to dog jumpers xl for my dog not knowing everything comes from China took over 2 weeks to come when they arrived they would not even fit my rabbit. Contacted them loads of time to ask where my order was and no response asked for a refund and was refused as I'm not sending them back as I dont even think I would get my money back. Contacting psy pal to tell them about this company and trading standards.

I ordered 2 dog jackets on 02 Oct this year... still waiting and today is 23 Nov! Ive asked numerous times for a refund, nothing! They will communicate with you but be prepared to be told a lot of nonsence! I would recommend that you buy somewhere else.

So I placed an order was told 5-7 days sent 5 messages now as all my tracking is in Chinese and not one response. They are absolute robbers and are not in London they are sending goods from China as I have had this looked at. I am now currently claiming money back through my bank and reporting this site to all of the necessary channels as they should not be allowed to sell products. BUYERS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY INTO THIS COMPANY AS YOU WONT SEE YOUR GOODS AND THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOU AT ALL. Absolute robbers who should be ashamed of themselves

I ordered a tee shirt on 8/25/2019, and paid for it online of course. By the end of September, 2019, I sent them another text asking about my order. I did receive a reply stating that they were far behind in getting orders processed, but was promised my order would be sent quickly. WRONG... now we are in a new century! It's January 1,2020... I have waited over 4 months for my shirt or a complete refund. I once again texted them tonight, and know this will go no where. I absolutely can not stand or understand dishonest folks. I am very angry over being scamed. Shame on me, I guess. Please everyone reading this post, spread the word this business is a scam. Please do not order from this site. Ordered items in Feb. It is now April and they did not arrive. Asked for refund, didn't get. Avoid!

Utter rubbish! Ordered a large dog fleece. Waited 20 days. Came and it's print is blurred and it's that small my cat would have trouble getting it on! NEVER AGAIN. Shipping detail in Chinese and poor communication from store.

Purchased 2 extra larges... they clearly don't understand what this size means!
I received 2 jackets, both not extra larges but 2 smaller sizes of each. One looks like a small other a extra extra small. WTF!

Shipping from China but posing as a local business. Order has taken over two weeks to arrive. Total con.

Do not order from them! I contacted the BBB and there are tons of people who order from them and never get what they ordered. I ordered something in august and keep getting the runaround! They have a horrible rating! This is doggy crumbles. They just changed the name.

It took almost a month for me to get the Tshirt I ordered, and it came in the wrong size. I sent an email regarding this three days ago and no one replies. Now I am responsible to pay shipping of this item back to them, according to the policy I read online. Buyer beware! They suck you in with your love for dogs but very poor customer service once they have your money

I ordered a great looking short sleeved green tee shirt on the 24th August and after many emails with only 1 late reply to say it will be shipped I received a pink long sleeved wrong sized shirt today after 2 months with no correspondence included. Absolutley discusting. Will never look at them again. What a scam!

I bought 2 shirts and only 1 arrived. Have emailed a couple of times and no response at all. I wouldn't touch these people with a 40' barge pole - totally unprofessional and disappointing. The shirt was also very poor quality for the price

Ordered shirt 8/19/19. Promised to receive it 14-22 days. Never got it. No tracking # no phone #. They got my money and ran! Bunch of thieves! Their website needs to be shut down! I will contact better business bureau!

I ordered a paw print tee 26th September and have heard nothing to my emails. This is the 2nd time I have been scammed off Facebook.

Ordered a shirt on 8/16/2019 it was charged to my acct but shirt not received. They said on confirmation email that item would be shipping in 14-22 days, no notice received that it's been rshipped delayed. I've emailed company, waiting for response.

Appauling customer service paid for first class delivery in order for it to arrive in time for a gift which was 1-2 working days, my order still hasnt arrived nearly 2 weeks later sent various messages you never get a reply they have currently been 'packing' my items for the last 5 day... 1 big warehouse dont ya think?! Disgusted much rather have paid a bit more for the clothes from somewhere else and had them here on time!

Ordered 2 items in July and never received them, but they charged my credit card. Emailed them 30 days later and was told they were working on it. It's been 10 weeks and no order.

I sent messages to DoggyCrumbles I really wanted the blue shirt I ordered this is bad business take the money you never receive your product I don't recommend this company and you can never talk to anyone

I have never received my order even after countless emails chasing it up. So disappointed in this company.

Ordered and paid 5th December. Still no delivery. Emailed twice to get automated response.
Don't order if you need this item delivering within a month. I own a company that ships all over the UK and abroad and can get things quicker from China, Turkey and America quicker than these.
