Dolphinaris

Swimming with dolphins - There are two locations for this great park. If you are in Cancun or Cozumel and want to swim with dolphins, this is the place to do it. Keep in mind, if you are getting there via cruise ship, its cheaper to book this directly as opposed to going through the cruise line, and in my experiences, you'll be in smaller groups which means more one on one with the dolphins.

The actual dolphin portion of it was wonderful, the trainers were great the waiters and food was fantastic. The reason for a 1 star is all because the the PHOTO SALES OR REPS. In a nut shell, my family of 12 went for the VIP excursion that was 150. Per person. One family member was working with a photo guy and he was buying the package that had all family members included for almost 500. While him and i were filling out the tablet details to have photos emailed to us the photo sales reps went to speak to 2 different couples that were apart of our family and sold them each a 149. Package when knowing we were in the shop buying the entire family package already. So now 2 others paying 300 for pictures we had already agreed to purchase. Making the total of 800 paid for all our family pictures. We got 1 email offering a 80 credit but I responded advising the 2 couples that paid the 149.00 each both be refunded for their packages since it was included in the 500 we paid for all family members. They picture cons were well aware of what they were doing and im guessing they get paid commission for sales. To top it off one of the couples that paid 149 never even got an email with their pics, but they were in the 500 emailed pics... Absolutely disappointed this was my 2nd time and I am the one to brought my 10 family members with me for this excursion and I wish now I had taken them some place else and saved myself and family some money
