I placed an order and for nearly two months the charade went on. I asked the company to give me updates on the order status on numerous occasions. No updates were given. The owner did not respond until a PayPal dispute was opened. Thankfully I got my money back. Very poor communication and very shady. And to top it off the owner sent a message through PayPal stating that if I did not close the case he wouldn't send the document. PayPal saw this as a huge red flag and returned me my money. Proceed with caution if you need a certificate from the Dominican Republic have a loved one or a trusted friend go for you. I noticed a pattern that every time someone left him a bad review. He always had a "rebuttal". Super shady. Stay Away.
