I bought a few clothes from their store, including cardigan, sweater, coat, etc. I love their style and materials. Looks pretty good.
I was sent a completely different sweater from the one I ordered. I emailed customer service regarding the issue and they said they would make it right and asked me what item I wished them to send. After several other emails every day for over a week they said my item was out of stock, but when I checked their website it was still available. When I called them on it they stopped communicating altogether. Certainly not a legitimate company and I'm out the money with no way to get it back.

I ordered a sweater and it took two months to arrive. When it arrived I didn't like it; it looked different than what was in the picture, it was something I wouldn't buy at a garage sale.
When I sent the sweater back regular mail the company said I had to send it so there is a tracking number. That would have cost me another $30. Essentially, I have lost all my money. I do not advice anyone to buy from this company.
Bought 2 items for $70. Site stated they were small. Arrived and were huge. Returned at the cost of $22.00 for shipping. Was only refunded $65.00. Was charged $5.00 for original shipping. A $70 purchased ended up costing me $92. With the refund, I lost $27.00. Only order if you like extremely large clothing. Otherwise it is very costly to return. I should have kept the items and used as sleepwear or robes.
I ordered a sweater that was not what I expected and too small. I immediately asked about return policy. I did as instructed, including sending it certified return receipt so I would have documentation of return and today it was back in my mailbox as "refused". The time it took for then to email me information about the return was a definite ploy to miss the 30 day return policy. STAY FAR AWAY
I ordered a sweater back in March. When I had not received my item, I emailed the company. I was told another sweater was shipped out, yet I have still to receive my sweater. This has been over 3 months. I contacted them again when I had not received the 2nd sweater a month later and they did not respond. Horrible company! Do not order from them!
