I alongwith my wife and younger son traveled on European Extravaganza tour of 11nights/12 days to the countries Paris, Switzerland and Italy from 8th June, 2019 and 20th June, 2019 through D. Paul Travels. When I was planning my trip I was having some apprehensions on the basis of online feedbacks whether Europe Tour through D. Paul will be successful. But after tour I can say that my decision to choose D. Paul was the best decision made by me.

From the start to the time we boarded plane for home bound journey our tour was wonderful and awesome. All the travels, sight seeings, hotel stays and food were minutely planned and organised. Despite being hectic tour of 12 days in 3 countries covering different cities, the proper care was taken for rest in between and also shopping. Our tour group comprised of peoples in age range of 7 years to 75 years and beauty is that proper care was taken for each age class person. Upmost credit for the success of our tour I will give to our Tour Manager in Europe Shri Gaurav Miglani. I have no hesitation to say that if Shri Gaurav Miglani could not have been our tour manager, our tour may not have been such successful and enjoyable. Shri Gaurav Miglani is gem of a person with verstile personality. He take cares of each and every person on tour. Despite being group comprised of some unpunctual persons (who were creating time problem to him and other group persons), he never lost his cool and handled situation deligently.

We were not only shown all the places mentioned in our tour plan but also places which were close to them. All the hotels booked by D. Paul for our night stay were comfortable. Delicious Dinners were provided at the Indian hotels, which were very good and homely. Bus provided for travel during our tour was very good and comfortable. Although tour was very hectic but to cover so many points in 12 days it was necessity.

In brief I can just say that my tour of Europe can not be more successful and enjoyable without D. Paul and our Tour manager Shri Gaurav Miglani. I will suggest everyone who is planning to tour Europe to choose D. Paul.

Suggestion for D. Paul

In Switzerland and Italy restaurants choose for our dinner were at substantial distance from the hotels where we stayed. Due to that around 2 hours extra were spent just to have dinner and reach hotels. This not only made us tired but also it could have been more expensive for D. Paul.

Other than that everything was awesome.

Most of time I booked hotel through expedia.in whenever I travel around the city. From one of my friend I knew Dpauls travel company which offers better service in budget rate. Few days back we have returned from Goa and booked hotel from this company. The hotel was good according to our price. We didn't get any problem while transaction. Their response was good.

Unfortunately could not give lesser than one star.
We booked the 8N, 9D- Europe tour( Paris, Switzerland, Italy).
It was an extremely sad tour for us and for many others in the group. We felt that we wasted all our money and more importantly our precious time. They paint a rosy picture first but you realize the actual thing when you start the tour.
Our tour had 46 people( YES 46!), bigger than a school picnic, so expect yourself to be in horrendously long queues for checking in the hotels and for meals. By the end of the tour we had 46 angry customers completely frustrated with the tour.
They make you travel in the coach for extremely long hours, and one couple with a kid had to abandon the trip mid way, as the tour was so exhausting.
ITENARY- Out of our 8 days, we wasted 2 complete days in couch travel, with a journey time of 9 hours plus. The only thing we could do on those days was to check in the hotel and sleep.
COACH- Don't expect your coach to have toilets and Wi-Fi, which is present in all European long distance coaches.

HOTELS- They say it is 4 star, I highly doubt that. Some of the rooms really stank badly, with stained sheets and carpets. Had to request a room change on many occasions.
More importantly, all your hotels will be away from the city centre, so any young couples wishing to go to the city centre at night to enjoy the nightlife- FORGET IT!

BREAKFAST- it is absolutely disgusting, your breakfast will be served separately as compared to other guests staying in the hotel, so expect to find absolutely nothing on your breakfast table.
DINNER- Expect long queues with minimum 20 minutes wait times. Is that what you want when you've had a long day? If you are at the end of the line you might find some dishes completely finished.
GROUP- Because of the big group there would be fights for seats in the coach, for meals and for excursions. You will find people just running to try and get in the queue.
BOTTOM LINE- This tour is so exhausting, it is not recommended for Honeymooners, elderly people, and people with kids.
DO YOU REALLY WANT TO WASTE A HOLIDAY WITH THESE GUYS, WHERE BY THE END OF IT, YOU MAY REQUIRE ANOTHER VACATION TO RECOVER FROM THIS VACATION.
The Only saving Grace was our tour leader Ms Niyoma, who tried extremely hard to make us happy and was really cooperative.

THIS IS WORST COMPANY DON'T BOOK YOU HOLIDAY FROM THEM WLL BE YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE ONCE THE PAYMENT IS DONE THE ARE VERY RUDE TO YOU AND THE AGENT WHO CORDINATES WITH YOU WHERE YOU ARE GOING THEY ARE USELESS AND WILL NOT HELP YOU AND WILL SAY IT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM I FACED THE SAME THINF I WAS TRAVELLING TO SINGAPORE AND THE AGENT WAS MR ANIL.

I went to Europe in the Months of August 2015 with my Wife and I must say Dpauls organized it so well. The trip was affordable and included almost everything that I could have desired for. The trip was of 8 Nights and I wished it could have lasted for more days.

Dpauls is the biggest fraud company. They say and promise something else while selling and give different package once whole payment is done.

They dont even agree to mails which they send and say do whatever u can do. We will not do anything.

They have highly inefficient team. Who dont know anything and are useless.
