Dragon Alliance

I own a Dragon APXS skiing mask and for two seasons already its proving its completely worth the money (and it didnt cost much for me tbh, got it on some sale on the online store...). The vision is broad and clear and the changeable lenses also make it great for any type of weather. I recommend!

I will NEVER be shopping with Dragon Alliance again. The worst customer service I have ever received. I will be telling everyone I know to never shop with Dragon Alliance because they lie saying it takes 3-5 business days to ship a product then doesn't give you any sort of alert to tell you that it will take an extra 15 days to come to you. To find out I called at least 20 times and left messages with no response and multiple emails until I was finally able to get a hold of someone through email, it was already 10 days after the purchase of my order. This company has terrible customer service and they don't seem to care about their customers just their money. After waiting an additional 15 days for my order to come the only thing Dragon Alliance had to say was sorry. That its horrible, I'm just happy I got my money back so I never have to shop with them again!
