I have been waiting for my item more than 5 months when it was promised up to 25 days, could get any real update from customer service during these months. Customer support suggested to replace my order with available items, I agreed and paid the price difference. But it the end I received my initial order, when I already paid Extra for a replacement. A winter sweater I received in May. Quality isn't good too. Don't recommend to anyone.

I placed an order and was going to use the promo code offered. Paid with paypal and normally would send back to website to add code. It didn't and charged full amount.
I emailed immediately and explained. With each email from them they dont even reply to my concerns. Asking for pic of promo, which I dont have since they didn't reply right away.
I asked to cancel, they reply with oh whats the concern. I repeat again. Then next email they said it was mailed

Total rip off. They say you can return within a time frame. They say to return to warehouse but don't give an address nor do they respond with an address. I returned to the return address it shipped from because I got no response. They now say that's the wrong address and won't provide a refund If you're legit put the address to return to in your freaking website.
I purchased over $100 in merchandise and had to return all of it. I followed instructions on their website for a refund and that was over 2 months ago. They do not answer emails at all. I reported them to the third party purchaser I use, and also let my father know who happens to be a FBI agent who loves taking down scammers. He is on the case, I am not waiting on a response from them anymore, I am working towards them getting shut down at this point. Do not purchase from them, you will be disappointed and left with no answers or money.
I ordered over $100 of items from them without checking these reviews. MAJOR MISTAKE!
I received one item in the wrong color. There was no return slip or address. I was offered a voucher which I refused but settled on a minor refund as a compromise. I never received the refund.
As we were communicating about the refund they informed me another item was no longer available. They provided options. I requested a refund. It was never received.
I contacted my third party payer and have gotten no resolution.
This has been the worst online shopping experience ever!

I have been scammed twice but clothing sites from China. This is most likely the case here. I saw the beautiful clothes, but I figured to research first - first they give us corona virus and now this! Well, they've got hundreds of scammy clothing sites. They copy pictures from reputable american companies and then put them on their own. If you do get an item it's a laughable copy of what you see. So always, always for clothing/shoes if it looks too good to be true, do your research. Luckily my credit card refunded me both times and know the China scams!
I blame Facebook and these websites for advertising on there... they should hold some accountability for us being ripped off...
I ordered 3 sweaters December 6th. They did not arrive until January 15th. I tried all 3 sweaters on and was not happy with the quality so requested return information. There was not a return address on the packages and no packing slip inside. I have had nothing but problems communicating with the company. They want pictures of the items hanging up, they want pictures of the SKU numbers. They then offered me a 1/3 refund on items that have never been worn. I will never order from this company again.

I purchased two items. Neither one fit. Have been trying to get someone to give me information on how to return for 2 months. Just received an email asking me to keep the items and they will give me a credit toward buying the same items AGAIN. Soooooo, I'm supposed to keep purchasing until I get the correct size? What the *&^%?
Ordered numerous items after looking through their beautiful catalogue. Everything looked so nice and reasonable pricing. Half of the order arrived, and horrible quality, stained, threads loose, shear when it shouldn't be, too small, the list goes on. Had a terrible time getting a refund. Save your money. If it looks too good to be true - it is. I was a bad shopper in this case. I feel taken advantage of. Have since worked to try and get a refund.
I ordered 5 sweaters, of which none fit. Trying to return has been awful, 4 different account reps saying different things, trying to complicate the process by asking for photos on hangers, saying I have to pay for the return to China, then saying I could get a refund on my next order, prolonging the situation until the 30 window would never have been met due to shipping timeframes. Finally settled on a refund that was 1/3 the value of what I paid for the items. Clothing sizes off, return process non-existent, unsatisfactory resolution. They know you'll get annoyed and fed up and quit arguing and they count on that.
Worst purchase ever, my husband ordered 2 coats, they were not like pictured on the website and the material stunk really bad. I emailed them and they offered a partial refund of $36, we paid $108 plus a $3.26 foreign transaction fee that we didn't know about. I sent them an email telling them I am returning the items back to the address on the package and that I expected a full refund. It cost me $21 to mail and the package came back to me saying the address was fraudulent and does not exist. I then emailed them again and they gave me an address in Hong Kong to mail it to. I am reporting them to the FTC to get them shut down so this doesn't keep happening to other people.
It took almost 3 months to receive the item I ordered and when I finally got it and opened the package it looked nothing like the photo on the website, the quality is terrible with threads ripping when I opened the bag and the size is completely incorrect. I will never shop at this or similar website again.
Please believe me this place is horrible. They are ripping people off. The PICTURES of their clothes are beautiful. The actual clothing items are horrible. Extremely poor quality like dollar store items and they are charging high end clothing prices. I am trying to get a refund. I will update you on my efforts. DO NOT SHOP HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!
This company charged me for a product that I never received! I have had to put a dispute in to my credit card company, the stress and time that have put into the is absolutely ridiculous. No one deserves to be treated like this.
Do not buy. Hongkong and China is a scam. No refunds, no shipping, and horrible customer service. I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY!

The items I got are very bad copy of the what was on their website. I asked them for return address and got 2 emails asking me for pictures, but no return address given. After I sent them the pictures I got 3rd email advising me to keep them, because it would be very expensive for me to return them and still no return address provided! I want my money back! I paid $250 for something that real cost would be $25!
Be very careful on ordering from this company. I still do not have my order and I can't get them to respond to me. I will be canceling my order if I do not receive in the next two weeks. I think 10/12 weeks is more than reasonable even in these times.
This company is a huge scam. What you see is not what you will receive if you buy from this company. Red flags right from the beginning. They will for sure take your money create a fake shipping label tell you it's in transit when in fact it's not in transit. Do not order from this company. Call the attorney general office in Hong Kong. This company needs to be shut down. Thanks for your reviews. I received my money back in full with the help of this site and my credit card company.
I ordered a sweetheart, nothing arrived after 2 months and i can't get refund cause i have an "email problem"
The most dodgy business I have ever shopped with. Sent my nasty items back for a refund to the address provided in my parcel. No refund after 2 months. I have had to follow up repeatedly only to be told they don't have a return address in Australia and I sent back to the wrong address. Really? So where did I get a mysterious Australian return address from then? I have been hassling them on Insta and trying to warn other people and they have taken down their Insta page. They change the business name and keep operating. Please whatever you do DO NOT SHOP with these crooks. They will steal from you. If you have been scammed like I have, you may be able to raise a charge back with you bank.
