Recently bought 2 pair of the Nordic Knit Bootie Slippers. Started wearing 1st pair around the house. Barely 4 days of wearing them ( only inside) the house and suddenly the right slipper is slipping and sloshing around. Left slipper still fits fine. Examined right slipper for a rip or something, but found nothing. Why the right slipper "suddenly" feels 2 sizes too big and i'm almost tripping on it when i'm walking i have no idea. Called Dream Products and the WORST customer service. They talk in circles and don't explain things very well. Had to call 2X and explain everything twice. Told me it was a free return to print out pre-paid label. Of course neither person told me that a $7 shipping fee would be deducted from my return! They said it was a "FREE" return and that they would pay for it. I only found out about the $7 fee after reading the back of the paper that came with my purchase. Not even worth returning because my entire order was barely $20. Very disappointed with this company! I ordered from them once b4 a long time ago and had issues with what they sent me ( wrong size). I thought maybe they had gotten better, but guess not. Won't ever shop there again. My advice is pay more somewhere else and get quality. Dream products stuff ( not to sound like a jerk... just being honest) unfortunately is Cheaply made garbage and customer service is Poor. You get what you pay for.

I tried to order some items by phone. I never got to speak to a person. I got a couple of robots - then an advertisement for something irrelevant - then some bad music - interrupted occasionally by another robot telling me that an agent would be with me shortly. After several boring minutes of this rubbish, I gave up.

I order a pedometer watch and never received it and after a month they refunded the item but would not refund the shipping and handling. I will not order from them again.
