These people are a total fraud. I know better! On their add they claim to have clothing made in SC...total lie. Items are coming somewhere from China. I paid extra $14 to have delivery 7-14 days and I am on day 19 and no response. I filled a dispute through PayPal and the only resonse 5 days ago was they would send me tracking number and I never received. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDO>TERRIBLE

I ordered a dress which proved to be of the worst quality I've ever seen. I emailed them three times with the "return form" which they provide at their website, and attached two pics of the tear on the dress requesting my money back and return address & instructions. No response, nothing. I recommend everyone to stay away from this company and their so-called dresses.

This website seems very cute very boutique quality, I loved these dresses, my dresses were in good quality but wrong sizes, I simply asked to exchange these dresses. But they have you contact the company asking for exchange then they asked for pictures of the dress with you measuring them. When I had did what they asked," they told me that their size chart is not wrong and if i wanted to return I would have to pay expensive return fee to china. They suggest I keep the items!" No help what so ever to exchange and keep my business. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

This website is a complete scam! I bought a dress form them for nearly $40. The dress they sent me looked vastly different from the dress they advertised online and terrible quality. I asked to send it back because, per their website, they accept returns for a refund as long as the dress is unworn. I would have to pay shipping costs, but I didn't mind that. I have gone back and forth with this company (a different person with a fake American name) everyday. For 48 days straight. They don't want me to send the dress back because their warehouse is in China and the dress might get lost (rubbish.) They continue to refuse to give me a return shipping address and want to refund me $10-$14 dollars instead. This is the absolute most ridiculous company I have ever encountered. Steer clear and tell your friends!

Their website states: -
"If for any reasons you decide the items you received are not right for you, they can certainly be returned for a full refund or exchange."
"Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise which is returned because buyer bought the wrong size or wrong color or because they don't like the product."

However when I emailed and asked to return the dress they told me I have to take a picture of the measurements of the dress to prove their is a discrepancy between the size guide and the dress. There is no discrepancy, I just mistakenly ordered the wrong size and the website clearly states I can return the dress if I bought the wrong size or if I don't like the product.
