My family and I switched to Dropps for detergent and fabric softener 3 years ago and have no plans to stop. The products are easy to use and without the mess that liquid detergents can cause. There's no waste and you get all the benefits of using pods without the microplastic pollution. Our clothes come out clean and smelling fresh without the harsh chemicals found in most brands.

I had a problem, posted here and they reached out, fixed it and refunded me. I am back on autoship and VERY HAPPY!

Dropps is a great way to help out the environment and better that that it works! My clothes are clean. I love the fact that it just comes to my door. When I accidentally dropped the box in the washer and ended up having to use the whole box they sent me a replacement free. Who does that? I highly recommend them!

I've been using Dropps for a couple of months and they're not bad! I've been making the change to living more sustainably and I figured to change some things in the kitchen too~
Dropps provides free carbon neutral shipping along with compostable packaging which is awesome. There are two scents (unscented and lemon) and they also offer lots of laundry products too. I think their subscription option is great and their customer service is amazing (I had new products shipped to me but I had more and told them I didn't need it yet and they canceled it really quickly for me!)
The only reason why I took one star off is what i can remember in the beginning, i felt like the pods didn't clean super well but i think in general you should clean your dishes a bit before putting them in... but yeah i would put 4.5 star if i could~
