Claim Your BusinessI am writing to express my disappointment with your cancellation policy. I am moving across the country to New Mexico and arranged to stay with you along the way. My spouse stayed a month ago as she preceded me in our move and was well pleased. Unfortunately, as I'm sure you are aware, there is a severe mid-western storm. This caused me to change my entire route to avoid the storm. I'm disgusted that there is a no cancellation policy, which in my humble opinion is draconian. We will make a point to not stay at any Drury facilities in the future as well as add these comments to any available customer review platforms.

Is draconian
Made a double booking because it didn't show up in the app. Once the booking was made the hotel was called immediately, they declined to refund the amount and stuck with two rooms. Spent half a day trying to resolve and this was for 3 nights, so having to pay for 6 nights.

Don't stay here, they are rude, stuck me with 6 nights when I only booked 3. Grant you I did do it through Trip Actions but the hotel was called immediately and said they would resolve specifically the dayshift manager, but didn't and then lied and said she didn't say that. I only wish they recorded the local calls. I'll never stay here again.
