Lying thieving scum that love their standard email replies. Facebook should take responsibility over who it allows to advertise especially when companies have the same bloody name. Oh and you need to put minus levels in for ratings as well.

I ordered from Dudes Gadget and when it finally came 8 weeks late it was missing one of the toy cars I ordered. When I emailed to tell them for over 2 months they kept telling me to send a picture of what I didn't get! I explained I didn't get the car! They finally told me they wouldn't refund my money since they couldn't see it. They also said there wasn't a "live person" to talk to or a phone number to call. This place is a scam stay away from this site!
Over 6 weeks ago i ordered a toy racing car set from this site. I have had one email responded to since then apologizing for the delay due to lack of product. They told me then that the product was ready to ship but in the four weeks since then I have seen nothing. What is worse, I did a search on the company and find that there is another, apparently trustworthy, company called Dude Gadgets. A quick search reveals that there are many complaints being posted which seem to indicate that Dudesgadget is using the similarity in names to scam unsuspecting buyers many of whom have received no products or damaged goods.
In my case I have received nothing other than the one email. It seems my only recourse is to approach Visa to arrange for a refund through my Visa account. This has been a horrible experience.
