Searching the website for needed parts is super easy. The problem becomes getting them in a timely manner. If a major appliance is non-functional due to a part, waiting for up to 10 business days is unacceptable. Hoping that it will ship sooner than the stated allowed wait times by this site is futile. My advice is: find it in stock elsewhere! I give this a positive review because the customer service is able to cancel an order and issue a return label immediately. Refund minus nominal shipping fee is a plus. I found my parts at other sellers, had them delivered within 2 days only paying regular shipping charges. Washer back in service pronto.
