Earthie Modern

I ordered a few items from Earthie Modern. After several weeks I had not received the order so I checked my account. The order was still marked as Unfulfilled. I contacted customer support through their online chat. They verified that the inventory had run out and they were waiting for a shipment. I asked to have my order cancelled. They said they would.

The next day the order was still not cancelled. I contacted them again. They said they would cancel my order and I would receive an email confirming it. It would take a couple hours to update the system after it was cancelled. I did not receive an email.

Days later. I contact support again. Same story. This time I get an email with the text "Your Order has been cancelled." No other information.

Days later. I contact support again. Same story. This time I am promised it will get taken care of. They say my order has been cancelled and my card will not be charged. I have no confirmation that this is the case. They said my account will be closed and they left the chat.

I have little confidence they will do that. No matter. Maybe you can learn from my mistake. Stay away from this website.

I placed and order and at first I had to send an email to get the status changed to "ready to be shipped" and my account been charged. In a week status did not changed, so I emailed to the customer service but got no answers. Since then - no response from earthiemodern.com. I had to dispute charges with my credit card to receive my money back for the items that never been shipped! Scammers!
