I wrote a previous review and this is my follow up. After canceling the service request and requesting a refund I disputed the $99 charge with my credit card company and after one billing cycle I received a refund. I also went to the US Department of State web site and down loaded a fill-in PDF form for passport renewals. Completed the form and attached a cut down wallet size picture as required. Went to post office to get an envelope. They had a peel and stick label already. Mailed and 5 weeks later replacement passport arrived in the mail. So save the money and hassle and do it yourself

I needed to renew my passport. Google search had this company at the top of page 1(my first mistake). The presentation EasyUSAPassport was a government agency illusion (my bad and second mistake). The email requesting personal information ie ss# passport# stopped me cold. I've received and ignored three emails from them with links(links are dangerous). I cancelled my debit card and filed a fraud complaint with my bank. Now I will renew my passport with a government agency

This website is a scam. I paid for the passport renewal, but as soon as I read these reviews I cancelled the service and immediately I requested the refund of my money. As of today two months later I have not received my money back I will never get it back.
This is a scam and a fraudulent website. My attorneys are initiating a legal action against this person and the site.
Do not use their services. You will lose your money

I went online to renew a passport. This site came up first. I did NOT do my due diligence on this company. I provided them with all my information, including SSN. I can not believe I fell for this SCAM. I spent $99 and gave them personal and private information. I did call the credit card company to dispute the charges (they are investigating). I can afford the $99 but I very concerned about them having my social.

On December 18th, 2019 I signed up for EZ passport help. They took $106 out of my account for their fee and taxes said he would I called him back within two hours told him I didn't want to do this I can just go to the post office and get the forms I need they said it would take two weeks to refund that was over a month ago I'm still up the money

Applied on this website for renewal of passport since I'm visually impaired I didn't know I was applying for passport services as they say and was told that they were going to refund me my money that was back in November 3 months later I still no refund and when you try calling them the voice prompt says you straight to voicemail and they say they provide the greatest customer service. This is the worst lying piece of $#*! scamming $#*! $#*!ing website have ever seen in my life I can't even believe the government even allows you to use the passport system to get over on American citizens I'm going to find a way to get my money back I would not give up. If somebody can help me please let me know has this is unfair...

Warning...They do not process or facilitate passport applications or renewals. They simply take a $99.00 fee and then go dark

This company is a total SCAM and unless you act quick with your bank you will not get the money back. Google should have them removed or be equally responsible for supporting a scam website.

This site will take your money and run. Please don't do any business with this site. This site is nothing but a scam please don't waste your money or your time. Just read the reviews and get out of this site ASAP.

There is no easy way to get your passport other than going into your local clerks or post office, this site will do nothing but take your money & gather all your personal information, no passports will be received! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

I too feel as this is a SCAM. I also fell for it, has anyone here had any issues by reporting credit card stolen or dispute charges? Since they have our information has anyone had and random charges of ID stolen?

When I realized it was the wrong site for what I needed I contacted them immediately no problem they said we will refund you in 15 business days 3 months later no refund stated they had pos issues now they will not reply

I thought I had to renew my passport but I figured out it was way too early after I did it. They said they would refund my cc within 15 days and 4 months later they still have not refunded. They say their POS machine is not working. In my opinion they are full of it and don't want to refund. I have reported them to the BBB but have not gotten anywhere.

I feel like a complete fool! I wanted to renew my passport and this was the 1st website that came up. I didn't know there were 3rd party passport websites. Of course I paid $99 plus tax and they took the payment right away but said they need more info to complete the process. After calling at least 5 times during the next few days they sent a link to add missing info. When you click on the link it directs you to start the whole application again and then goes to the payment page. You can't get past that point without paying again. Every call to their Miami phone # is a message-never a real person. Then they send an email directing you to do the same thing! So much for their 24/7 assistance! I'm calling my credit card to dispute the charge and hopefully get a credit.

We wanted to renew our passports and, by mistake, choose this company, After we started the process, we were unsure about this company and felt it was a scam. It was all thru email and customer service rep, only used his first name (probably not his name) the email was written unprofessional. They wanted us to package the passports and they would have them picked up... weird. We decided this was not a good idea. We contacted them for a refund and they said we would get it within a few days. We had to keep on contacting them and they kept delaying the refund. Exactly what they wanted, I got sick of requesting a $196.00 refund and calling did no good. Don't use them - it is a scam! Tracy M.

I requested a refund the minute that I sent them the money... No response. I have called several times and emailed, no response. I will report this to the BBB unless I hear from them. I plan to file a dispute with my Credit Card company. I am so angry!

I realized this almost immediately but not soon enough. The $99 I gave them is insignificant compared to the information I submitted online. They will send you an email asking for your social sec. #, DO NOT GIVE IT OUT, and send this email into your Junk inbox. Report your credit card stolen online and get a new card number.

I realized this company is bogus when they did not give me info on how to submit my passport photo. Then to contact them, they end you an email address to Spain.

Same thing took 99.00 and kept saying they needed more info. I M SO MAD I WAS REALLY DUMB TO TRUST THIS SCAM! WILL NOT GIVE ME MY REFUND

I failed to read the fine print. All this website does for you is print out the application form with your info on it. Something you can easily do yourself. I paid $49. I'll be more careful next time and go directly to the government website https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/have-passport.html. The worst part was I gave them my SS# and credit card. I'm doomed.

Looked legit but isn't. I thought it was a government site or contractor and was taken in by that. Now I have to worry about credit card fraud as well as giving out my Social Security #.

They just take your money and run... did speak to someone said I would get a refund well that never happen.

I was supposed to receive a refund from this company back in January. Well we are now in April and I have yet to receive a penny of my money. The only explanation I can get is a computer glitch. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM!

This is a scam website. I was billed on my credit card account for $99 and never received anything. I had my credit card company investigate but was denied a refund. Stay away from this business!
