It's been over 4 months and my charger has not arrived. I have sent about 15 emails regarding this matter with no satisfactory response. This company is ineffective and essentially still my money from me as they have refused to acknowledge my pack of receipt of goods and give me a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I've had a similar experience to the first reviewer. I ordered a charger for my Dell laptop and received the wrong one which had a completely different model number and looked completely different from the one I ordered. I contacted them and they wanted me to ship it back to China before they would refund my money. I ended up making a Paypal claim and will get my refund but only after I ship the wrong item back to them. So i'll only end up with about 80% of my money back even though this was 100% their error. My advice is save yourself the trouble and don't buy through this site.

I ordered a Samsung charger from this supplier, and asked them numerous times if the charger they have would suit my laptop. They were certain and sent me the link to buy. After 20 days the products finally arrived, and was the wrong one, not the same as the product link they sent me. I emailed them back to organized exchange/refund, they asked me to return the charger, and I found out that they are actually in Singapore, I thought they are an Australian business since they have an. Au as their website address. I was careful to order from Australia because I knew exchange/refund would be hassle dealing with overseas. But this mob managed to fool me.
For their mistake they expect me to pay AUD$30 in postage to Singapore when the product cost $50. Why should I pay for their mistake as they sent me the wrong charger and also pretended they are from Australia. Before purchasing the charger, I made sure that I asked for the right charger by sending them email with picture of the charger etc. I emailed them a couple of times to asked them to refund first, but got no reply and finally after 3 emails from me they reply back and said they not going to refund unless I send it back If I send to them it would cost me a total of $80 and I still have no charger, especially knowing the way they are they would probably wont even send me a new charger! Beware! I think this website is a scam as they use Australian website address, but they are actually in Singapore and have the worse customer service.
