Dont get swindled. They will produce a fake invoice, pretend to ship your item using third party courier and demand that a large sum of money be paid before its delivered. The website is a HOAX, at least for the bulk of its vendors, always use a test order with these sketchy services, luckily that was the case. Sincere apologies to those who didn't.

I met this guy named James Bernard Wilson who says he is working for Han beauty supply on the site EC21.com,at first i felt so uncomfortable dealing with him but he was able to persuade me into buying from him which i did and i got my order successfully..

I fell for a scam and want to warn others as I am not the only one who was a victim. A person who calls himself Alex Bernal represents a company called Golden Touch Trading, Inc. They took my money and never delivered the product. They continually asked for more money for various 'reasons' and I was dumb enough to keep going. Golden Touch looks like a legit company in Hawaii yet Alex is based in Oklahoma and when I contacted the actual Golden Touch they had no idea what I was talking about. The What'sapp phone number they use is 1 *******877. Stay away! Their shipping company is also fake and the email addresses are the same for both. No phone numbers for either which is a huge red flag for a business. I'll take my loss and move on, but will never do business with them again or through EC21.

This bastard took $250 of my money and then said the delivery guy was demanding another $100. I had a friend do research on him and she was able to find out the guy is a fraud. Don't fall for his fake shipping company.

If you read this please take the time to call him and waste his time.

Vendors do not really sell there, so the orders you place here will never be delivered. This gives the real sellers a bad name

I recently my purchase from a seller on this site. Everything seemed good at first. The seller contacted me regarding Nintendo switch. I made the purchase with the seller. The seller refused to ship my item. Unless I Purchased games to go with it. The seller contacted me regarding the transactions and told me that they receive a portion of my money and did not receive the other portion. Then I was told that if I do not see any more money that my items will not be received. Seller noted that the items were shipped and we're on the way. And once the seller contacted me again and said the items will be on hold until they receive more money. The seller would not seeing proof of receiving or not receiving funds. I said still approve of funds transactions. Please be careful Concept Electronics Store is a scam

Today is October 23,2020 and I have talked to multiple so called vendors from this website and shopped with 2 of them with in the last 2 weeks with large amounts of money to only get scammed by these lien sons of b*tches! I am very upset with this website and it needs to be banned ASAP because taking peoples money like this is not cool at all!

Had wonderful experience with EC21 support team as by their Buyer Seller Match option i got genuine suppliers of rice and spices... since 6 years touch wood i didnt face any bad experience. If you want to double check the credibility of any supplier just call or write to EC21 directly...

This guy probably goes under many names, but in this case, he portrayed himself as; tomas martinez with mobileworld company that he claimed was us company. I would guess he is not really American, but Chinese, judging by his bad grammar.

He convinced me by telling me he would never scam me since he wanted a future long-term relationship with me.

When I looked closer into the shipping status, my first understanding of the scam was the grammar error saying On Transit instead of In Transit. Also, that the delivery was still of 25 units when the transaction only covered 1 item. Why would he still send all 25 units when I only paid for 1, was my thought. It did not make sense.

And I wonder who would ever want to pay an additional $1000 for them to release the shipment when asking for a small sample order to try them out.the reason for the small order was to test his honesty which I had to acknowledge him about.

Since I didn't agree to pay, he said that he couldnt get the goods out of customs.it could even be a salesperson working in a logistics company tried to scam me or simply that the supplier was a scam altogether.So this has been a clear sign that something dodgy was going on.

And it seemed fine until I was told that instead of using DHL to ship the items, he wanted me to use his preferred shipping company, and the red flag came when I received an email from the shipping company that they only accept international payments via western union.As far as I know when scammers want to get money and they dont want to be traced and get caught; certain payment options like western union make much easier for them to avoid being traced by.

This seller insists that he uses a particular shipping company to provide a phony email address to pose as DHL to send me an email using a free e-mail address. His sloppy content on his email tipped off me that he didn't even bother to proofread his own writing which left spelling and grammatical errors.

He pretended to explain why package had not been delivered and asked for additional payment that is 10 times more than the purchase price and to wire the difference, the extra money is for the stress has caused him to release the item from customs.

A cargo or courier company don't contact people and ask for money. They are a courier company- as such they contact and send items and mostly pay in the local country its sent from much less accept money through Western Union or Moneygram.And legitimate companies wont restrict payment to those methods.

I am aware that he is not part of cargo team or the courier company he claims to be agents of- nor is authorized agent, local branch or affiliated to such overseas companies.Its possible that the name of an actual employee is being used by an identity thief trying to scam me.

He uses an imposter fake courier company- stating that he has my item, but its delayed by customs, that I need to pay into a bank account- declaration fees, delivery charges and all sort of fake charges on the nonexistent item.

He has been ignoring my demands for the refund even I had extended every courtesy possible and the criminal's PayPal account is still open.So hes still free to keep on robbing people legally.

EC21 is wonderful b2b portal, where we got wonderful response, genuine inquiry and also good conversion ratio. Cost of this portal is also not high as Alibaba.

There lead system is also so good as direct inquiry, buying leads and mainly Data Base of Buyer.

It can not connect on their site. And it has just sent message to member for "you have inquiry" one way communicate from site.

I had scammed twice in 3 weeks in the months of March 2020.
1st. Was a Hungary man called himself Kotary Peter. After made payment by Western Union instead of TT, he said he will get high tax if I paid him through bank. After that he received my payment and reluctant to reply email and ignore all WhatsApp message.
2nd. From Thailand, Such, and Mr Behzad. Not a real person. After I paid full payment throgh TT, they started to say something like Thailand government banned all freight, I had to pay extra for shipping by Sea... Asked me wait for the documents to endorse by the ministry of chambers of Thai... I felt like they tried to delaying you, making long stories. I had made police report at my local police and filed the case to the bank to chargeback my monies from the Thai scammers. Precautions of photos similarly to others, video in the dark side... They don't show their $#*!ing face. These were all idiot scammers.

From EC21.com 90% company were fake company ALL $#*!ing Scammers... I had report to EC21... Surprised me was EC21.com had block information from others buyers since I had upgraded to gold membership. I suspect this EC21.com from India provided a huge platform to those syndicate of crime to run cheating and scammed... Watch out of this platform. Good luck!

I was researching a product to purchase and came up on this sit and I contacted a supplier of this product. I did my due diligence, vetted the information they provided for payment. There were so many inconsistencies, They require payment in bitcoin, or wire transfer to a local bank account which was a personal account. And they wouldn't provide a phone number of their local representative. Business transfer to a personal account is a go. Shipping time was too short, and with a nerve ask to purchase the good from my personal account. I google the address provided and called the store adjacent to the address given and no one knew about them. The3 second contact was just as scary as the first and the third gave me an address of a vacant ******* sq the entire 6th floor of a hirise business condo. I called the company who had the address he gave. Always 3 different location... shipping... office location.and the area code they are calling from
So... that's about it keep away from. EC21... ALLSCAMMERS. PROVE ME WRONG

This place is nothing but a haven for low life scammers as far as purchasing electronics and mobile phones is concerned. There is a person/people that have access to emails sent to so called suppliers, they use the information to scam people that pay via paypal and believe me it works, paypal can attest to that. So unless your filthy rich and enjoy being scammed along with the hassle of going through disputes with paypal, stay the hell away from this site.
