I was very pleased with this company. They quoted a price on a book, paid for the shipping, and sent me the money by paypal. No misrepresentations, no drama. I recently sold books to booksrun, who quoted a price and then cut it by 75%, and if you want out of the deal, they want 8 or 9 bucks to ship each book back to you. Instead of taking the higher quote at booksrun, just use ecampus, because you will get more money and less frustration in the long run.

Ordered on 12/24. Received on 1/6. Paid 4.99 for shipping. Took 14 days to arrive. This is ridiculous. You were one of several outlets that had the book at this price, next time I try someone else.

I used to order from ecampus for years but this past year I ordered a book for law school (upwards of $200 to RENT). I never received the book. I emailed them and asked them to send me another or issue me a refund. They refused to so and then made me pay another $200+ to buy the book since I was unable to return it (as I literally did not have the book in the first place). Will never trust them again.

I never received a shipping confirmation email. Tried to call company and wasn't able to get through. The book finally arrived 12 days later.

The wait time I experienced to get through to someone was too long. I was never able to connect with a human.

I ordered two text books. Never received the books and instead got a box full of random pamphlets. Obviously a scam. Customer service said they stand by the carrier so no refund I guess. DON'T BUY FROM HERE.

I only waited twelve days to receive my book. I thought that was very fast and efficient. There was a mix up with delivery and the ups lady was very professional and got my book to me no hassle. I bought a used book. It had no description. It was missing many pages. Customer service replied to me and only by asking if I'd received my order or not.

This book is in great condition, barely used. I spent less than $15 and my classmates got the exact same book for almost triple what I paid for. Awesome deal.

So I ordered 2 text books with expedited shipping. First off, don't waste your money on expedited shipping. They are in no hurry to ship anything. Do not believe the hype. Their customer service is non existent. Mostly BOTs and a very long wait time to chart with a human.

Easy to order. Bummed I received a discount code to use on my first transaction AFTER I rented the text book. Only needed the one book this semester. Book came relatively quickly. Not sure how I go about returning it after the rental period. Thought there would have been paperwork explaining it when it arrived. Not sure if I should keep the packaging to use for the return in December
