This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. There was mold in mini fridge the bathroom had no extra toilet paper and looked like a jail cell. TERRIBLE locks on doors and windows and rude Indian receptionist. He's Never in the building and steals your money

The worst place you can stay. Their staff is absolutely horrible. In the rooms you can find needles, blood stains. There are junkies all over this property. It's basically a homeless shelter. I reported mold in my room, bed bugs. My friend who stayed in another room was hospitalized for bites from spiders and spent a week there. Go at your own risk!

I enjoyed a weekend trip. It was quiet nobody running around yelling like it was last time I stayed here.the security was on top of everything all night long. Pool didn't get in but is there if u want to and there is a grill to cook if u want the rooms were clean i would stay agaim

The staff was great, very nice and helpful,Dana,Shawn,Bebee, and all staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend whether it's a short or extended stay.

We stayed at the econo lodge on Thursday night 8/24 in Gastonia. We reserved a king size smoking room and got a non smoking room. Not bad but then the fire alarm went off with the smoke detector hanging from the wall. No water pressure in the shower. And lastly having the police pounding on are door asking for a Jennifer and who was in the room with me my husband. It was all bad start to finish. We were in room 108. Never again I will drive by any econo lodge in the future

I stayed at the Mesa Econo Lodge located at 921 W Main St. Besides the fact that the area is spooky! I was greeted by a front desk clerk that look like she just got out of prison…she was nice but I expected a little more professionalism. The rate was ridiculous for what I got and that was a room of newly hatched baby roaches! Roaches in my tub and they greeted me by the frig. Towels had different styles of human hair in them and the lighting was horrible. I won't ever stay here again.

The manager and his wife are the most loyal people I ever meet and they have the nicest hotel and rooms in the world

We have never stayed in such a dirty place as this hotel room. It was disgusting. The night table and the sink counter were still dirty from the previous Guests. We had to wipe them. We honestly did not have any other option than staying here as we ran out of options for the day and we had a non-refundable booking.
It seems that only the bed was made. The door entrance had very noticeable dirt and the toilet was dirty.
We highly recommend to do better cleaning at least once a week if you are short of staff. Guests don't care about how nice the hotel room looks, but Guests care about how clean the room is.
We had stayed at other EconoLodge hotels before and we have no complaints.

This is my second stay at this hotel. During my first stay in December, I slipped on a rock on their sidewalk and received a concussion. The front desk clerk claimed they had no first aid kit. The ice machine closest to my room did not work during my entire stay. I was told to go the second floor for ice. Yeah, right. During my most recent stay, I was disturbed by noise from the guest above me. She woke me up two days in a row shortly after 6am, the third day at 4:55am. I complained to the front desk to no avail. A new guest in the room next door to me just slammed his door so hard the building shook. Same with person on the other side of me. A friend of mine stayed here a few years ago for his mother's funeral. He called the front desk because the person in the next room had their TV volume up too high. Who got kicked out? My friend, a 66 year old vulnerable adult. I will be asking for a refund when I check out, but I bet my chances of receiving one are slim to none.

BED BUGS DO NOT STAY HERE! Econ Lodge Ankeny Des Moines Iowa. We were traveling through and stayed one night. The next day my daughter was covered in bites and MD verified they were from bed bugs. When we contacted the hotel to let them know the front desk apologized and promised a refund and a call from the manager. We have called 4 times and no response from manager and no refund. We are continually told the manager will be back the next day and will call and they never do. On the 4th attempt to talk to a manager I was told by the male at the front desk that "nothing was going to be done and the manager was not going to call". The seriousness of the situation and the need for two medical visits warrants a call from the manager. DO NOT STAY AT A PLACE WHERE THE MANAGER DOES NOT CARE ENOUGH TO GIVE SOMEONE WHO WAS INJURED AT THEIR FACILITY A CALL BACK. BED BUGS have been on multiple reviews for this site and they are still denying they have an issue. The photo below is of my daughters arm. Her whole body is covered.

The hotel is upgrading for the best. New manager. New staff, employee all working to make the hotel a better environment and a enjoyable place. There is many shopping centers that surrounds the area of the hotel. Also school is very close,lots of parks in walking distance. Also pharmacy and grocery store is near by.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST NITE EVER. The frickn people left their Chihuahua in the room and it barked all night and the damned nightclerk didn't give a damn. The next morning the day clerk offered me 10% off, ha! When I asked for my full money back she was nasty and said she call the police if I gave her any more trouble. Ghetto 100%. Never stay there!

Warning to guests of Choice Hotels Econo Lodge in Manchester, Vermont. This hotel is not to be trusted. I stayed at this hotel from 1/23 to 1/27 in January 2019 and the hotel charged my credit card for the entire stay two times in the same exact amounts on two separate days. They refuse to credit my charge card for the 2nd duplicate charge. Be forewarned that this was clearly not by accident and now requires wasted time and energy submitting claims to my credit card company, Vermont Attorney General, Vermont Better Business Bureau, and Vermont Small Claims Court. THIS HOTEL SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD.

Great hotel near the highway. So many restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Both the building and the grounds are well kept. There's a picnic area outside. Very pet and family friendly. The staff is definitely the icing on the cake. Truly professional and always smiling. The laundry room for guests saved the day. Enjoyed being there.
