Item I received was not what I ordered. Tried to return through Walmart and the return process would not complete. Tried calling, voicemail was full, couldn't leave a message. Emailed address on website, no reply! At this point, I filed a protest on the credit card charge. Will have to see how that goes. Absolutely do not buy from these scam artists!

Ordered a premium knife via Amazon and inferior item received. After Amazon requested a replacement they sent the same cheap item a 2nd time. Dealer does not respond to my complaint basically repeating the same answer regardless of questions and request, Will be reporting to BBB and state's attorney office.

I got my sight, it took 7 days, it is FL. Things move slower there. Great price, they did what they said they would do. Thanks great job

Do not buy anything from this seller they have poor customer service with no response and multiple poor feedback complaints and misrepresent public service

$44 for restocking fee. I will never buy or order anything from them ever again. The part I sent back wasn't even opened.

Ordered pistol sights from them. Had them listed on site as $128 after order was placed they cancelled my order saying there was an inventory error. Checked again and they had the same sights listed for $198.

I ordered 3 cases of 30 pair of toe warmers, I received 3 pair. They do not respond to my email I sent them about this matter. I should have read the reviews about this company before I ordered anything from them! I have never read so many bad reviews about one company in my life. I hope Walmart stops doing business with them, Walmart is a much better company than ecopusa ( the crooks) and should now be associated with them!

I ordered something from Ecop for my fiances birthday. The order was being sent to a wrong address. I have sent them 2 messages to have it corrected before it was shipped out. I got a message back that it my issue will be sent to someone who will handle it. It was never handled and they shipped it out. So i've sent a 3rd message and called and left a message. As of now, I have a gun cleaning kit being sent to the wrong address.

They are a third party vendor through Walmart.com. They sent me a 30 piece item that is listed and pictured as a 37 piece item. They stated they made a mistake and listed the wrong pictures and item. After now having my money for a week and a half I can send it back and eventually get my money back. Bait and switch crooks. Walmart.com has done nothing at this point to fix the situation

Ordered a Bianchi holster for my Taurus 92AF, the one I received was for the older model gun, mine has the accessory rail underneath so it would not even begin to fit the holster. I mailed it back to eCOP with a note explaining the problem, just got an e-mail from them that they can't take it back because of ink marks on the package, I never touched the package, now I'm trying to get it back so I can sell it at a gun store and find some other holster that might fit... Buyer Beware

I ordered a pellet rifle from this company, The wood stock was broken right out of the box. Took forever for them to refund my $$

Received a flashlight in only a standard plastic envelope with no protection. The flashlight had two scratches but was otherwise ok. Never have received a product so poorly packed before.

I ordered a item from Wal-Mart.com. I guess they do business with this ECOPUSA Scammer. Wal-Mart uses ECOP as a third party vender. ECOP sent me a complete wrong item and now walmart says contact ECOP and ECOP wont answer. I just got my money stolen from me, by this business

My name is Cameron and I purchased a trail cam from this site. Figuring that they served police population I figured that I would give it a shot. The price was 60 bucks cheaper then anywhere else. Do long story short. They pulled the money out of my cabelas credit card. I have been waiting and waiting and it got sent to the upper management. They come back and say it's fraud... How is it fraud and yet you pull money off my credit card? Got in response with a customer service agent and now I cannot get a hold of them. They stated the web store has issued with being fraud. Now I have reported a fraud report on ecopusa due to them taking money and receiving nothing for it. Theft is what that is. I will never recommend this site to anyone for anything. It is a joke.

I ordered a body cam from eCopUsa on the walmart website. What I got was a kitchen gadget, I still have the confirmation e-mail that shows what I ordered.

I submitted a return it took a while but they accepted it reason (customer error). It took a while to get my money back but they did give it to me. I did have to pay return shipping. They have a lot of rules on their return shipping policy, like the packaging cannot be damaged, their packaging was a plastic shipping bag with no padding at all, so I bought a box because of the odd size of the item they shipped me, and padded the item. After I had all the trouble with this order I looked up reviews on eCopUsa, they were mostly bad. Last DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bought knifes from them not the best quality I've been trying to reach out to them for a return an no one comes to phone it asked me to leave message an no one every calls :( would never buy from them again
