Couldnt ask for more even though I was unsure I called and ask and rep help me with the order very helpful and professional handle all my needs in a kind manner
Made 2 purchases from them, one was done incorrectly and late, the other order was never received. They do NOT respond to emails until several many days later...least my attempt to reach out to them about the error from my first order, wondering at the same time about my other order I placed with them? Told owner they had terrible customer service, was not happy with their mistake and have been trying to resolve this issue through his email. He responded through email to me ranting about his employees, his terrible business dealings with other customers (as well as myself), calling us all "Karens"...LOL. It truly is shameful to see the Owner respond poorly to a customer and a Business Owner of 14 years. What a shame and very disappointed. All I can say at this point about my recent purchase of only $92.90 at Edecals is...find someone else for your business/personal needs, unless you like to waste time, effort and money!

Ended up going with "Out of this World Embroudery" Vendor to fulfill ALL my business orders from now on. Edecal.com failed me. PERIOD!!

I made an online purchase of a custom license plate frame. I made a selection of gold leaf lettering on a polished chrome frame. They charged me $36.00 + $7.95 S&H, $43.95 for one frame. High I thought but if it was of the quality and design I wanted then okay.
In short order I received the frame and I immediately realized that there was no definition from the letters and the polished chrome frame. When I showed it to my neighbor he first asked why there was nothing written on it. In addition, two of the letters are slightly peeling up on one edge that will only get worse as it is exposed to the elements and washing of my car.
I contacted them describing my dissatisfaction and requested a refund only to enter into a dialog with Kenny Barnaby that placed the entire fault on me and that I should have been fully aware of what I was purchasing. I commented that he is the professional and should have advised me of the issue of combining the two materials, he essentially replied that it was not his responsibility.
By the way, I made an order from another supplier and they not only assisted me in the design and order process the end product is perfect and cost $10.00 less, so there it is, it can be done if you are dealing with an honest and forthright business.
In any event, no refund, no customer care, no repeat business, at least from me...
So I say, Buyer Beware, you had best be an expert at the production of License Plate Frames, Signs, Banners and such products because if it's not as you expected or is somehow defective it's your fault for buying it! At least from these people...
