The earring backs I ordered were to be large Enough opening for screwback. The item I received Does not fit my earring for the opening is very small. I E-mailed Everyday Elegance stating my issue. Would like to return this item for an appropriate Size item. No response from the merchant after Several weeks. Poor customer service!

I have ordered twice from Everyday Elegance and both products are far superior quality of any other jewelry at this price point. The first order was cubic zirconia stud earrings. I was so impressed by the quality I ordered a station necklace. Again the quality of the necklace was incredible. Now I want everything from this store. One of my pet peeves is the ordering from the internet can leave you alone and ignored should you have problems with your order. Not this company! I was surprised at how the staff and owner went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. I hope to order more merchandise from this shop again.
I know this review sounds to good to be true, but it's not! If you are looking for exquisite jewelry at a great price just try this company you will be very happy.

Wrong replacement backs as describe above. Contacted company and ask for a prepaid label to ship back, once in receipt, will credit my CC for what I paid. Received response next morning.

I had ordered earrings, but the posts were too thick. They immediately sent me the label to return the earrings. They let me know they would be getting in earrings with thinner posts. As soon as they got them in, they notified me. I ordered them and they promptly shipped them to me.
I love it! It looks real and it looks like a good solid piece of jewelry. The CZ sparkles like a diamond! Great price!
According to the ad on the Internet, this back was an adult size. When I received it not only did not fit my adult earring, but he did not fit a small child's earring either. Not happy
