This group of companies, eDestinos, eSky, and eDreams are not reliable and you may end up missing your flight and losing your money. They are surviving by imitating legitimate websites and in my case I thought I was dealing directly with Copa Airlines until I had agreed to paythen I discovered that I was being charged an additional fee for the booking. At that point I knew I had been redirected to another website (I'm still not sure how that happened) and I tried to cancel the transaction. This turned out to be impossible on their website. I called their "contact us" number and was told that it was not in service. I sent them an email saying "Cancel this transaction immediately, it was made in error" and I received an automated response thanking me for my "input" and promising to "try to respond within 3 days." I have had satisfactory service from Copa Airlines for many years, and I know for a fact that they allow changes or cancellations with no charge if made within 24 hours of bookings. When eDestinos finally got back to me a week later they denied this and refused to refund my money. I checked with Copa and found that I didn't have any reservations for the flight I thought I was booking. I tried to contact eDestinos again and got no response. My wife found out from a friend who works for COPA (when we were about to give up and buy new tickets) that eDestinos had actually reserved two seats at the standard price and charged them to my credit card, but they got our names wrong and if we had just gone to the airport we would have been denied permission to board. We got this straightened out with another trip to the Copa office, and did manage to get on the flight we wanted, but we paid much more than we would have if we had booked directly with Copa. THE GOOD NEWS: I filed a complaint with my credit card company and they refused to pay eDestinos' phony service charge.

Tip for consumers:
If you feel that you have been cheated by any phony online company, call your credit card customer service IMMEDIATELY and follow up with a written billing dispute. Then tell everyone you know to avoid that website.

I purchased a flight with a cancelation insurance policy. I had to cancel my flight but was unable to contact them since they have no phone number. I sent multiple emails to them and the insurance company, most got no reply, it took two weeks to reply. In the meantime I had contacted the airline to cancel my flight. They then replied saying that since I called the airline I must see with them if I can exchange my ticket, that edestinos is no longer responsable for my reservation. I strongly advise against doing business with them,
