I ordered a nice variety of chocolate dipped fruit for my son's family to be delivered just before Christmas, and the day it was to be delivered, I received an email stating "Uh Oh, we are unable to deliver." It went on to say they would make other arrangements to deliver. But this NEVER happened and my son never heard from them. They still have not responded to my request for a full refund and I will NEVER do business with them again!

I paid for a delivery on February 13,2024 to be delivered on that day, it's February 14,2024, Valentine's Day and my purchase still has not been delivered inspite of many phone attempts and emails to talk to customer relations… I will NEVER give them another dollar! I'm appalled at the service I DID NOT RECEIVE! I advise no one to order from this company

Although the arrangement was beautiful the fruit was not ripe. It had melon and cantaloupe and both were hard to bite and not tasty at all. The pineapples were ok, I only enjoyed the chocolate covered strawberries.
My job sent it to me, the thought was nice but they wasted their money.
Totally disgusted. Ordered a "Fruit on Love Desert Board. $135 to be delivered in San Diego…. Item delivered did not come close to the picture item! Not only that but the delivery person left it outside on the steps. He or she did not call the recipient to let them know it was there, when the door was not answered. Then they sent me an email asking for a tip, I was unable to put one through other than the $20 selection. All in. All a really disgusting experience!
The chocolate covered strawberries were good but I didn't get mine delivered until the end of the day and the delivery guy called me and asked me to walk to him on the other wing of the mall because he couldn't find the store I work in. Kind of ruins the surprise of a delivery. My husband was so mad.
I placed an order January 11 from a Memphis Branch (1430 union ave) and they did not deliver in a timely manner! When I called, they acted like they would do me a favor! So they took my money, and did not bother to call me to let me know they were not sending my order. Try calling customer service and it's horrible. I love EA, but this experience has left me looking around for more quality products and efficient branches to complete my request.
I recently purchased flowers and chocolate dipped strawberries through the edible arrangement website. They were supposed to deliver the next day which was a Thursday. They never came Thursday or Friday. I contacted the company and the best option they gave me was 4 days later on a Tuesday delivery besides the refund. I chose the refund.

Totally false advertising. They send ads with photos of various arrangements. We selected 3 packages in different cities to be delivered. None were exactly what we ordered; however, 2 were acceptable, and 1 was cheap and tacky and an embarrassment for the price they charged. We wrote to them asking if this were a mistake--NO REPLY. THEY DO NOT CARE about customer service.
I'm having my husband get his money back. They suck! My flowers dead less that 12 hrs. Oh btw they won't answer my call!
Just messing and unorganized! Placed an order and paid for yesterday, pick was scheduled for this am. Get there and cant find my order! Was giving something but it was ugly and tacky looking. Everybody running around, lady who took order at the register saying someone took order and put under her name,, No Ma'am, you took my order and my money yesterday! Team need to do better on a busy day like today! Very unorganized! I was offered a refund after I said I was unhappy. But before then lady said I can make it for you today, and send out tomorrow. No I don't need tomorrow, today is V-day and wanted my mother to have a special day since she lost her husband! Just not pleased at all.

On line, I ordered $139 US from Edible Arrangements in Boyton Beach Florida. They never delivered my order. IO had to fight for a refund- and lost money on the US -US-Canadian exchange.

VERY POOR SERVICE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER ANSWER THEIR CALLS THEN YOU PUT A BAD REVIEW THEN THEY RESPONSE AND SAY CALL US AT THIS TOLL FREE NUMBER AND HERE WE GO AGAIN NO ANWSER NO HUMAN BEING. I ordered my sister, an arrangement, small cake, and two balloons with her birthday numbers. I was so excited for her to receive this. The day she received this she called and so I'm not complaining, but the flowers are dead and they sent her two cupcakes, not the birthday cake and one balloon. I called. I think I should've gotten a refund and they should've sent her a new birthday order. But no, they just refunded my money and if I wanted to send another one I could but they wouldn't send anything free I mean really the flowers were dead, look at the pictures I will never ever buy nothing from them again.
Never received my $140 Edible Arrangement, was purchased by a long time friend as a surprise for Valentine's Day! Suppose to have been delivered Monday February 12th. Valentines Day came and went, no nothing. Finally drove there after many attempts of phone calls, emails no response. Bad service all around! Arrive to shop in Bellevue,door locked from customers coming in, young Islander gurl, wearing a coat, appeared very cold, no personality. After questioning what happened to my delivery she called Manager, I guess instructed to make Arrangement on spot, offered sum frozen 4 pack cupcakes. Worker stated Manager would call me, never did. Arrangements for all that money, fruit was mediocre. Finally someone answered the phone, guy name Allen who was no better than the gurl I had an interaction with. He was the worse of the worse. Not apologetic, nothing but fast talk and no resolution! I will let my Colleagues who work near Bellevue area, please do not waste your time, energy and most of all money with these scammers! You pay for something, you don't receive then you have to track it down! Rating was a zero star!

I ordered a fruit arrangement and the gummies but the fruit arrangement did not looked like the photo the fruits were all over the place and i did not received the gummies. Also as far as delivery, the person didnt get out of their car to leave it at my front door and on the website they dont give you an option of when you want it to be delivered. They will deliver at whenever time of the day that is most convenient to them. DO NOT BUY THIS IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY SEND AN AMAZON GIFT INSTEAD! ‼‼‼‼🚨🚨
I place an order 3 weeks in advance for my mom to receive a special arrangements for Valentines day, i particularly like the cup holder that the arrangement was in, they sent the order out looking any kind of way in a white container, i call to speak with someone at corporate office that were not concerned at all... PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM THE LITHONIA, GA LOCATION...
I'd give zero if I could. Order not delivered TWICE. Horrible customer service. Hung up on me. Still waiting for the callback from a supervisor, who I asked for after being told I would need to call the store? To figure it out! Also still waiting for my refund. Never Again

I ordered this to bring as a contribution to a Thanksgiving dinner this year and was so disappointed by the poor execution that I bought something else from a different company. The design as implemented was nowhere near the quality advertised, and I was too embarrassed to bring this with me as a gift.
Whenever I need a special gift: person has everything; no words for condolences; special person- Edible arrangements is the perfect gift! Wide variety of pricing…. Choice items. All are delicious!
I received a sloppy arrangement from the Haverhill MA store. My daughter did this for me for my birthday and so I kept it anyway as to not disappoint her. The fruit was NOT fresh, it was at least a day old. I received it on Friday and it was bad by Sunday. I called the Haverhill store to get my daughter refunded and the store MANAGER insisted it was fresh cause "she made it" and argued with me. She then hung up on me! I called customer service (?) and they wanted pictures! I already threw the POS arrangement away yesterday. HOW does this company still exist?! I will NEVER order from them and will also tell my friends and loved ones to stay FAR away!

Strawberries were good, but some of the melon and pineapple had no flavor and the pineapple had some sort of chocolate bean on it, which tasted horrible. Wish I liked it more because I love fruit!
I had ordered flowers February 13 for my wife for Valentines Day. It said they shipped them the 13. They never were shipped. BUYER BEWARE

This place is great. They have always been able to deliver with no problems when i order online or go into the store. I call a couple days before and they assist me in various options. I can do same day delivery with no issues. Perfect "i forgot to buy a gift" last minute thinking that is delish!
