“Total fraud”

Sandals finally arrived. Looked like they had been run over. Not at all what was shown in ad. Fake leather one piece cut outs. Being stubborn I wasted months on this mess. Sent photos of sandals to company as requested. Told I could get a $10 gift certificate. Period, worked with Pay Pal and US Postal Service, provided documentation I had sent sandals back. Wasn't acceptable. Tracking info company wanted wasn't anything USPS provided. Customs slip needed address. It was in Chinese characters. California address a front. Copied and pasted that on package and sent. Then learned from USPS manager, there was no way to track on China's end. This isn't unusual. I finally gave up. Several months later the package was returned by USPS to me as undeliverable. And yes, postage was as much as the sandals cost. Photo included. Have several. Pdfs too but this is the only jpg

I received the "shoes " at least two months after I ordered them. Not what I wanted or expected. I've been trying to get a return address since then but get nothing but a run around and repeat emails! Do NOT use this company!

WELL, I FINALLY GOT MY SHOES... KIND OF.

What a RIPOFF,, these are NOT the shoes in the advertisement.
They are a CHEAP KNOCK OFF... This is fraud...

The CHEAP materials, detailing, and workmanship are crappy and not EVEN the same as the shoe you advertise. Check the pics, but they probably already know this and are cheating everyone who falls into their false advertisement trap on FACEBOOK...

Their return policy sucks, as they know it would cost almost as much to return these shoes to China as paid for...

I have NEVER been so disappointed about a product out of China..

Tip for consumers:
BEWARE.. This was from a popup ad on Facebook.. email communication is sparse to say the least.. I don't know if they are copying / hacking someone else's shoe ad or what, but I got screwed for $43.00.
