I ordered a battery charger and my credit card was charged. I never received an order confirmation. The only way to contact this company is through online chat and they are there intermittently a few hours on some days. Each time there support promised that I will receive a shipping confirmation within 24 hours and I never did and it has now been over a month and I'm thinking of filing a complaint with the FTC and disputing charge. I would not ever consider doing business with this company again.
