Good products at excellent prices. Often their own brand of products are higher quality with more features than the comparable name brand product. Fast efficient shipping and great customer service when I returned one item that I didn't need. I have been very happy with every aspect of my purchase experiences!
Site stated part was specifically for model # xxx. Put in Comment, if not for that specific model # I'd return it at their expense (could have gotten the wrong model from Lowes for $5). WRONG PART WAS SENT. Emailed Cust Svs on 6/10 with return form, again on 6/18 and to all email addresses on site on 6/22. Eight (8) days later STILL NO RESPONSE. Called Customer Service... RUDE NASTY WOMAN! Now calling card company to reverse the charge. DO >> NOT<< BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I tried to order some timer switches from them, and the only thing I got was the automated email from Yahoo e-commerce. Email to *******@electricsuppliesonline.com was returned as not deliverable. Their 866 phone number rang until it went to a full voicemail. And my card wasn't charged.
I think they're gone.

Go elsewhere. They're practically out of business.
Needed to return $700 worth of electrical floor receptacles. Jumped through all of their ridiculous hoops (you have to email them to get a return number, and they take 7+ days to reply back just for that!) to get my money back. I called and held 17 minutes twice just to be hung up on. Called repeatedly for the next several days just to be greeted with "Please hold" literally every single time I called and thats if they actually pick up the phone. If you email, you might as well be talking to a damn brick wall. It cost $85 to ship the items back to Santa Monica, Crapfornia and I provided them with a tracking number and everything they needed. The receptacles arrived to them via usps, and a week later I still hadn't received a refund. This is when I decided to get PayPal involved and I'm so thankful I did. Not only did I get my full refund, I wasn't subjected to their BS "25% restocking/inspection fee" so my shipping was covered as well:)
Piss on this company, they are modern day thieves
