I took a chance and ordered a romper from this Instagram based hack shop June 4th. It stated 15 day shipping. When I inquired at day 30, I got a generic response with a dead end tracking link. I let them know that it showed it had shipped June 19th, but there was no change in status on tracking link. I got the same generic response. I waited a week... got the same response. Almost 2 months later I got an email stating it had been detained in customs and would I like a refund. Yes... PLEASE... Oh wait, they'll refund me once they receive the package back from customs... likely next year. Do yourself a favor, pay normal retail price and spare yourself the headache that is Elmily. So disappointing and frustrating.

If you receive your package and something is wrong they will not respond and when they do you get a general response for example you didn't receive your package after you've tracked it and it has been delivered and request refund they will continually tell it has been shipped never responding to your refund. You will not receive a refund. Also the pictures are misleading and all of there items are on wish as well only half the price. Not good quality.
