I ordered my first order from enailcouture during their black friday sale 2022. I was hesitant & nervous due to all the bad reviews, but in the nail communities, everyone raves about their products- so I really wanted to try so many things! I am so happy that I did! My order only took 5 business days to be delivered & all 18 items were packaged extremely well in individual bubble wrap. I'm super happy with everything I ordered & will definitely be ordering again!
I placed a $160 order 14 days ago, and it's STILL UNFULFILLED! When I wrote to ask...Max did a video calling me a crazy lady and telling me to take it up with the Post Master...NOW they're saying 21 days to fulfill and ship?! It's insane! I've witnessed Max berate customers and use racial comments So much, I'll never stop their again! I run an International Nail Technician Support Group and used to promote his products. How many of you have had burning itching fingers using this system? I've had 3 people so far. It's awful! When I asked the customer service Dept. They first said No Refunds! I said I'm not asking for that I just want to know if this is happening. They fired me as a customer.The worst company!

As you can see from the photo I placed this order April 25,2020 and still have not received my order. It has been more than 18 business days and still nothing. Sent my first email on May 9th, and received that lame response about 18 business days. Sent another yesterday - NO RESPONSE. Don't ever buy from this site. You will not be happy. If I could give a Negative 5 stars that would still not be enough. Will talk to my states Attorney and bring up FRAUD charges,
My friend who is a nail professional tried 123 and liked it and told me about it. I ordered and got it right away. Last week she showed me her nails where tiny hives had formed around her cuticles. She took them off due to the bad itching. I put my first set of 123 on last week and today I developed a large welt on each cuticle. Who else has had a reaction? I purchased items on June 16th, 2020. I spent $123.17 based on the recommendation of YouTubers. BIG MISTAKE. As of today (7/25/20) I have not gotten any order updates saying my package was ready to be shipped. They are not refunding people which is ridiculous because this wait is way too long. It's not only disappointing but I am going to be looking into taking legal actions.
I placed my order on April 25,2020. Today is May 31st and I still have no received any updates stating my order has been processed. I emailed customer service twice and received an auto response stating the order could take 20 business days to process which has past. I'm so annoyed and tired of waiting. I notice Max is currently posting nail videos on his IG page but has not addressed all the customers that paid for products and still have not received anything. Very unprofessional.
I'm not sure why this company has such a low rating but I love this site. I've been ordering since 2020 and I've always been happy! In 2020 their orders took a while to deliver but I just ordered again a week ago and my items have already arrived. Not only did they send my order but they sent me 3 free items I would not normally have ordered but they are so cute. I love the 123 bonder gel and base coat! Everyone always asks me at work how I have the same nails on for so long and who does my nails. I'm always so happy to talk about their website and let them know I do them myself! I have one of their drills as well and since 2020 I've probably had to charge it maybe 5 times in total. The battery life on it is great. I have no desire to stop ordering from them anytime soon!

I received an order on April 7th, and there was IOU attached to the receipt about my missing coffin nails. Since then I have not received an update and sent numerous emails, no response. Here we are 7 months later and still no product. Im livid that I have spent my money and cannot get it back. It seems he can get products out to popular YT nail artists on time for reviews, but he can't fulfill his paying customers orders. I will be filling a dispute with my card company.
I only received 1 out of 5 items from my order. After contacting customer service I was advised that they did not have any missing items on their end and that I was basically Lying. Never purchasing again.

I bought the e-file that retails for $299 without tax and when it arrived the screen was scratched up. There wasn't a protective plastic on it or anything. I reached out not realizing they have the shi**** policies and customer service, just asking for some compensation because I'm sure the product works fine but why did I spend that much money to receive a unit with the screen scratched. They blamed it on shipped which makes no sense because it's snug in a box with foam around it and a foam piece on top, then the box is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap. There is NO WAY the screen could of gotten like that during shipping. They said to file a claim with the shipping carrier and usps didn't let me do that. I full heartedly believe it was the way the product was handled before. They ignored my request for compensation and they do no refunds, no exchanges, no returns. Issued me a code for in-store use. I don't even live in the same state. Then they issued an online code which I won't use. The site is a joke anyway. Honestly I'm so unimpressed with this brand that I will never buy from them again. I've used different products by them before in school but if I knew this is how it would go out of school, I would of never bought from them. It's made in the USA and it shows just how much they don't care.

I love this nail company more than any other! Their products are salon quality and absolutely amazing. Stop leaving awful reviews for the shipping times. It's a pandemic and that is expected. Review the products you received and tell people to check how long shipping normally takes. That is what I did and had no issues. Anyone who is big into nail art does not care that it takes 1-2 months to receive, they are willing to wait the extra time for excellent products.

Ordered on 4/25 no contact since then, but they took my money right away so 20+ days later and still cannot fet a response from this company. No one answers the phone or emails, I'm beginning to know that a fraud has been committed by them. Do not waste your time with this company buy from Aprés instead, I ordered from there and everything was sent quick and the products work very well.
I saw this lady advertising him and his products on a you tube video. He put a set of nails on her. The nails in the video looked amazing. The nails I received looked like cheap garbage. I am so mad at my self for no reading his reviews and checking his return policy. I usually never buy from a company that doesn't except returns. That's is usually a red flag for me. Please don't waste your money. Also let people know to skip these products.

Love everything about their products. Super affordable! The 123go nails are top notch and take no time what so ever to apply. They last until I remove them. Enail Couture is my go to website when I'm in need of nail products! They have stepped up on their shipping. I ordered from them again on Friday and had my tracking number in my email the same day! Love them so much!

I've called and emailed. Was ignored. It's been 3 months and still don't have my products! This is unpractical and horrible business practices! I opened a case with the BBB and my state attorney to try and get a refund since the owner max will not give out refunds. The BBB emailed me saying they reached out to Enailcouture but still no answer... max also has blocked me on Facebook and Instagram. This company is a JOKE.
This company is using covid as an excuse to take over 2 months to ship over $100 of products I bought. I've reached out to customer service cause I still haven't receive my order, I can't get a refund either. So now I'm stuck with no money or product. Their customer service is terrible, they don't answer emails. Max is entitled and talks down on customers in videos. This company is a joke
I absolutely Loved the products- but shipping took 11wks: order places May 21,2020 but package didn't arrive until August 4,2020. I understand about Covid delays, but almost 3-months, and with no responses to several inquiries I submitted after 8-weeks had passed. A shame, as I really loved the products. Please get on top of your shipping times and make customer service a priority always for happier customers as you really do have top notch stuff!
I ordered 95$ worth of Items and payed for next day shipping sadly upon checking the tracking the next day my order won't arrive until Monday which w a s not what I paid for. I emailed them only to receive a lie saying ups doesn't deliver on weekends after that I called and checked and wouldn't you know it IT WAS A LIE ups doesn't deliver on weekends and the custom service decided to lie to ovoid refunding me the shipping since it wasn't what I asked for then tried to throw a crappy 15% coupon that literally doesn't even give me a decent discount will never order from again since they lie to cover their $#*!!

Affordable high end products. I have made many of orders with them and whenever I've had a issued communication is key! They are a hard working company.
I ordered from here for the first time so happy to get my orders but didn't think it would take a whole month almost 2 for my stuff to get here. There products are great but the owner and costumer service sucks! They are so bad at replying to emails, and max never reply to comments that are bad stating how people sent many emails waiting for their items almost 3 months like wtf? For them to always say "we're the best in planet Hollywood" like no?! Lmao.
I have been ordering from this company for years and love their products. The high quality and price point is amazing. Although I do not like their no refund policy I have had one or mistakes made when they sent incorrect product and have always been able to work it out to a satisfactory conclusion. They have always responded in timely manner, more so they clearly state their no refund policy on the web site so I think as consumers its important we read and research these things prior to making purchases so we can decide if we are on with that. Since I love the products and quality I choose to continue to spend my money with this company. The products truly are amazing and good quality and I've never had an issue with reactions or the product not working as intended. Their shipping has improved dramatically now that the pandemic is controlled to the point were all my Packages in the past 3 to 4 months have been divered within 3 business days and I have gotten. I ordered from this company on April 29. I never got an email confirmation of my order only a confirmation from PayPal I reached out to this company in the beginning of May actually the second week and they told me they were on orders 100 through 101 but that means nothing to me because I never got an order number it's now the middle of June I sent an email and got no response this is a total rip off I should believe the reviews when I seen them.
I haven't been disappointed with a purchases yet. My initial purchase was roughly a month turnaround on shipping, but after that? Four days, tops. Packaging is exquisite and artistic, and everything smells edible; so cute and fun. Despite the negative (and frankly mean in some cases) reviews, I'm glad I gave them a chance. Completely satisfied.
I was so excited to try enailcouture because Max is so adorable and i wanted to support him and his business. It has been a month now and my two orders are no where to be seen. I contacted them to find out the status and this person named Danii just said this generic line and hung up on me! Max, this is truly appalling and no way to treat customers. If you are having issues keeping up... man up and take responsibility for yourself and your business. I think its time to hire some much needed help
Placed 2 orders on Jul 2/3 totaling over a hundred dollars. Today is August 22, and still nothing. Sent several emails and like everyone else, it's the same generated message about COVID as the excuse! Left several voice messages, no one ever answers or returns your calls. Have even left comments on his *******@KingOfNails only to have them deleted. I noticed they delete all negative comments and never address our shipping issues. So frustrated with this company. Just horrible!
